The Episode starts with Pahelwan enjoying the snacks. He says it was fun. Malai asks Imli to tell Pahelwan why she called him. Imli asks have you heard about make up ban bill, I also believe make up is bad, we should ban it, I want you to help me in passing the bill. He agrees to support her. He asks her to call him when he makes sweets again. He leaves. Imli says I will get the bill pass. Malai says you think I will just sit and watch.
Malai meets Whisky and asks did you hear about make up ban bill. He says no. She tells about the pending bill. She says I want this bill to be pending always, girls have right to get decked up. Whisky says right. Malai says there should be strict rules against eve teasing. He says don’t worry, we won’t let any bill pass. She thanks him.
Malai and Imli meet their supporters. They go for a panipuri competition. Jha tells Puttan about the pending bills. Puttan and ministers solve the pending bills. When it comes about make up bill, Pahelwan and Whisky argue. Puttan worries knowing they both are supporting Imli and Malai. Jha and Puttan hide under the table. Everyone fights. Puttan says Malai and Imli are on other sides, just Lord can take a decision on this bill. Genda says you have to come on roads and protest now. She provokes Malai and Imli. They get ready for the protest. Its morning, Khoji says Malai and Imli are opposing each other in the make up ban bill, what will Puttan decide on this bill. The protest goes on. Malai and Imli argue. Pahelwan says matter is getting worse. Whisky says party image will spoil, we have to do something. Puttan says what shall I do, you all decide, I m with you. Pahelwan says Imli is Chaitu’s wife, she has more right, we shouldn’t annoy her, all this make up is nonsense, girls should be simple and sober. The men agree.
Whisky says I think we should pass the bill. Pahelwan says so decision is taken, we will go out and give decision. Jha says its not right, girls have right to live their rights. Puttan says I can’t do anything now, decision is taken. He goes out and declares the decision, that make up ban bill will be passed by the govt. Imli claps. Malai gets angry. She says its wrong, you can’t snatch the rights of girls. Pahelwan says you are getting emotional, girls don’t need to get decked up, they just have to sit at home and cook food, we didn’t stop the girls to get ready at home, men are born to order, not to follow order. Imli and Genda also get angry hearing this. Malai asks why are women born then. Whisky says women have to follow men’s order.
Pahelwan says this bill will be passed. Imli says girls will not give up on studies, the law shall get changed now, I have been hearing your nonsense that girls can’t do this and that, they will do what they wish. Malai smiles. Pahelwan says you asked me to pass this bill. Imli says I did a big mistake to get personal jealousy in this, I won’t do this mistake again.
Imli apologizes to Malai. They hug. Genda also supports them. She says I m a woman first, I can’t tolerate ill thought against women, even if I m from opposition. Imli asks the women to realize her mistake of supporting the bill. The lady accepts her mistake. Malai says we will take our right. Puttan says hold on, calm down, I apologize to you all, I promise you, no such bill will be passed, which is against women rights. Khoji says its the victory of state, society and every girl.
Chaitu asks for breakfast. Imli gets paratha. He scolds her. Everyone supports Imli. Puttan says Imli is at fault, apologize to Chaitu, what do you all do at home all day. Imli refuses to apologize.
