Rashmi watches Shaina through webcam who assumes that Rashmi has completed the task…(We see in flashbacks as what happens)..Randeep is back in jail and again finding of ways to escape…
She remembers Randeep’s words that Shaina is using her and that she wont keep her promise…Rashmi decides to video tape herself on her mobile that she is being forced to do all this as her family is in danger and that she is not Shaina Malik…she gets interrupted when a co-conspirator enters and tells her to read the autocue as to what she has to say…Rashmi refuses to do so…
The co-conspirator calls up Shaina who threatens Rashmi via Webcam that she will destroy her life…Rashmi’s nephew is shown being manhandled by Shaina and is warned that harm will come to her nephew…We hear screams of fear from her nephew who is calling out for Rashmi…Rashmi has no choice but to follow the instructions of the terrorists and speaks in front of the camera that she is Shaina Malik…
Meanwhile, in jail Randeep imagines that Rashmi is crying out for help and claims that she is unable to deal with all of this by herself…The Police Commissioner visits Randeep in prison and gives a gleam picture that the evidence is against him but at the same time hope that with good behaviour the punishment would not be severe….However, Randeep refuses to bow down and warns the Commissioner that truth will prevail and that he will be released from jail very quickly…
Rashmi visits Shaina and Shaina shows the video tape that Shaina shot of her being Shaina…Shaina is impressed with Rashmi’s performance….Shaina tells Rashmi that Rashmi will be known as the most daring and dangerous terrorist ever…Rashmi is not impressed and wonders where the justice is in all this…Shaina dismisses Rashmi’s concern and tells her that the more she follows her instructions the more her family will survive…Shaina before leaving warns Rashmi to get patriotic and do something stupid…
Rashmi travels in scooter and wonder what can she do and who to ask for help…She goes to the temple to seek help and support from God…Hearing some encouraging words from the Pundit, she finds new reassurance that she will be able to find a way out of any difficulty she is facing…Randeep on the other hand is given food by the police warden…He soon realises that there is a phone hidden under the pile of rice…He sees an opportunity to act….Randeep tries to call Rashmi but is not answering her calls…Rashmi who is lost in her own world is unable to hear the phone ring…With a little prompt from a little girl, she picks the phone up and is relieved to hear Randeep’s voice…She wonders whether Randeep is out of prison…She explains to Randeep the whole plan which Shaina is doing…Rashmi continues to say that Shaina is using her to get her evil deed materialised and that she is frightened as she is in a dilemma….Randeep tries to be voice of reason that Shaina is using her weakness as her strength…He tells Rashmi that she is the strongest person he knows…Rashmi refuses to kill anyone for her bravery….Randeep understands and tells her to keep her ears open, remain observant and be alert….Randeep tells Rashmi that he has to end the conversation and that he will do anything to help her…
