Naira dances on Koi sacche khwaab….. yeh rishta kya…… Everyone dances with her. Kartik gets imagining their romantic dance. Naira gets coughing by the smoke. She runs aside. Kartik goes after her and worries. He sees the water pot and takes it for her. She gets dizzy. He holds her in arms as she falls. He feeds her the water. She sees the moon. Yeh rishta kya….plays… He asks Naira what happened, you also get affected by this problem by smoke. He sees the moon and smiles.
