Speculation about a major leap in the popular TV show “Kundali Bhagya” has been circulating for months. Reports initially suggested that key actors from the Ekta Kapoor-produced series would depart as the show progressed several years into the future. While Sana Sayyad has exited, speculations are rife that Paras Kalnawat and Baseer Ali will follow suit.
In a recent interview with Times of India, Baseer Ali discussed his ongoing role in “Kundali Bhagya” and revealed his new look. He mentioned that his character was on a short break while he vacationed in Bali, Indonesia, and that he resumed filming on May 27.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming storylines, Baseer Ali assured fans that he would be back on their screens soon. He also thanked the show’s creators for the opportunity to portray Shaurya Luthra.
Baseer remarked, “It’s an amazing experience, allowing me to explore and challenge my acting skills. I’m proud of myself for entertaining and winning the hearts of the audience.”
For those unaware, Baseer is adopting a new look for his role. He explained that his character previously required long hair, but the show’s producers have now asked him to cut his hair short. Baseer is eager to see how the audience reacts to his new hairstyle.
Sana Sayyad, who played Palki, has left the show mid-season. Sana, Baseer Ali, and Paras Kalnawat were introduced in 2023 when “Kundali Bhagya” took a generational leap. Reports indicate that Sana is expecting her first child with her husband Imaad Shamsi, which led to her decision to quit the show.
There were also rumors about Paras Kalnawat leaving the show, but the actor dispelled these through an Instagram story, confirming his continued presence in the series.
