The Episode starts with Purab and Thapki looking at the globe of the dancing couple. He asks from which store you have bought it. Thapki says she has watched video for 10 hours and made it. He asks how did you make it? Thapki explains to him. He says you are innocent, I love it. He thanks her. Thapki says I thought to wish you happy new year and then gift you this, but couldn’t spend new year eve with you. He takes her to watch the first sunrise of the new year, and says I felt it with you for the first time. He wishes her happy near year and are about to hug and their head collides. They laugh and hug. Purab brings strawberry cake. She gets happy and asks if he didn’t sleep all night. He says your snoring haven’t let me sleep. She says I don’t snore. He says ok you argue, I will finish the cup cakes. Thapki says no. They eat the cup cakes and take the last one. He says we will share everything half half, and makes her eat it. He also makes her eat it and smiles. He says it is 7 am. Dadi has kept morning puja for the new year.

Sudha asks Preeti to wash the utensils. Preeti says she don’t do poor people’s work. Sudha says I asked you to trap rich guy and haven’t asked you to act rich. Preeti says she has to show rich people’s tantrums so that she gets rich. Ashok talks to Anchun and asks him to get 1 kg sweets, so that they can take it to Thapki’s house. Sudha tries to stop him. Ashok asks him to get 2 kgs. Preeti suggests Sudha to call Jaya, so that the house work is done. Sudha refuses. Preeti asks her to eat food at langar, as utensils will not be washed here. Sudha thinks why Preeti wants to go to Thapki’s house. Thapki wishes Jaya happy new year and says everything seems to be food, and seems like life started and peaceful. Jaya says I have prayed for you, this year will be the happiest year for you. Thapki says I wanted to tell you something and sees sindoor traces in her maang. She asks her.

Sudha asks Preeti what is going on, seeing her ready. She says even yesterday you went there with Anchun. Preeti says may be I like someone or someone likes me, and will get rich feeling. Sudha asks from where did you get the clothes and earrings. Preeti says my boss is happy with me and gave me bonus too. Sudha asks really, and asks her to spend some on her. Preeti thinks her mother is very clever.

Thapki asks Jaya what is she hiding from her. Jaya says yesterday I met your Papa and he has filled my maang. Thapki gets upset. Jaya says you have hidden this from me, so that I don’t get troubled. She says I met your Papa and understood everything. Thapki asks why did you get sindoor from that person. Jaya says to make you legitimate. Thapki refuses to accept him as her father and says I am just of your daughter, and not his. She says when I came to know that Hansika is his daughter and he has a wife, I don’t need him. She asks do you need anyone in life. Jaya says nobody, if you are with me. She asks her not to cry. Hansika hears them and thinks I will never forgive you Papa, and will teach this mother-daughter duo a separate lesson.

Priyanka comes to Sagar and wakes him up with her wet hair. He shouts calling her a witch. Priyanka gets upset. He says you are my chameli ka phool. She asks him to get ready for aarti and finds pink handkerchief in his pant. She questions him. He makes an excuse and says I love you. He asks himself to be careful.

Preeti and Sudha come to Veena’s house. Sudha says she has brought sweets. Purab calls Mohan and asks him to serve breakfast and tea to them. He takes Jaya with him. Dadi tells that all the couples will do aarti together on New year, and before that, will fill respective wife’s maang. Vinod applies sindoor to Veena. Hansika asks Sapna about her husband. Sapna says Veena sent him to America to handle the business there, and that’s why she tortures Veena. Sagar stops seeing Preeti, but applies sindoor to Priyanka. Purab applies sindoor to Thapki’s forehead. Hansika asks Sapna to play Thapki’s band by switching on the fan. Sapna switches on the fan. Everyone looks at Jaya with sindoor in her maang.

Precap: Purab asks Jaya to tell the name of the person, because of whom Thapki is hearing people’s taunts since her childhood. Mukul comes there and says I am that person. Thapki tells Purab that he shouldn’t have done this, it is her life and he would have asked her once before doing this. She says if Mukul wanted to accepted my mother then he wouldn’t have left her, and says you can’t force them to stay them. Purab says until when Maa and you will hear taunts for someone’s mistake and says Mukul uncle has to compensate for his mistakes.
