Scene 1
Amrita combs Tara’s hair and asks her to do her homework. Rajeev comes there and plays with Tara. Gauri comes there and brings water for him. Rajeev says I have to go to the office now, Tara sends him off. Tara says I want to go to the park. Amrita plays with her and says we will go later on. Gauri goes to the kitchen and burns the microwave. Amrita rushes to her and asks her to stay away, she asks her to leave. Gauri smirks and leaves.
Gauri comes to Tara and says lets go to play. You are a queen so don’t worry. She starts leaving with Tara. Gopal looks on.
Gauri brings Tara to the park and brings her to a swing. She swings her on it.
Amrita asks Gopal if he saw Tara? He says she went to play. Amrita comes out of the house and asks about Tara. Chanda says she went to the park. Rajeev comes to Gopal and asks for Tara. He says she went to the park.
Tara is playing in the park, her hair gets stuck in a swing. Tara cries and says free me. Gauri says there is only one way. Tara says don’t cut my hair. Gauri says I have no choice, your mom should have combed it. She is about to cut her hair but Amrita comes there and stops her. She consoles Tara and untangles Tara’s hair. Tara is crying so Amrita sings for her. She frees her and says you are okay now. Tara goes to play with Chanda. Amrita glares at Gauri and says you made my daughter cry, you have tried to hurt me. Rajeev comes there and asks why was Tara crying? Amrita says her hair got stuck but she is okay now, I am with her. She leaves with Tara. Gauri tells Rajeev that Amrita should have combed her hair but she didn’t.
Chanda comes to Gauri and says I am doing all my school work. Gauri says you just care about Amrita, why did you bring her to the park? She says she was worried about Tara. Gauri says stay away from Amrita, she is rich.
Amrita is combing Tara’s hair. Tara says I didn’t want my hair cut. Amrita says I am with you, you shouldn’t go to the park alone. Tara leaves. Rajeev tells Amrita that you should be careful about Tara, your responsibility is to take care of her but if you can’t then I can hire a nanny. Amrita says you are comparing me to a nanny? Why are you so rude with me? Rajeev asks her to just do her duties. He tries to leave but trips and falls down. He says oh Maa… Amrita rushes to him and says you called out to your mother instead of a nanny. Rajeev says then be a good mother to Tara.
Amrita comes to Gauri and says you want money? She gives her 40 lacs and says just take it and get out. Gauri says that’s it? I don’t want to take it but you can offer me that safe password. Why are you showing ego? You have nothing, your husband owns everything and your daughter is not even yours. I am not a beggar so don’t try to buy me. Amrita says really? You are egoistic but you want safe key? I can send you back to the jail. Gauri says then do it, I have nothing to lose so do what you want but I will do what I want. Amrita says but you can’t hurt my Tara, she is my daughter as I have raised her. Gauri says she is my daughter. Amrita says I am giving them a good life but you don’t care. Gauri says I will take everything from you. Amrita says you are challenging my upbringing? I won’t let you near Tara. Gauri says I am Gauri and Tara is my blood so don’t challenge me.
Gauri brings pillows to her room. Gopal asks where did you get it from? Gauri says I got it from the storeroom, I am not scared of Amrita. Gopal says I know you are doing all this for Tara and for us but we should tell the truth to Tara, she should know that she is our blood. She should know that we are her real parents. Will you do it? Gauri looks on.
