The Episode starts with Nityam talking to Saavi and reminding her about their meeting. Manav asks Nityam to tell about the way. Nityam says I am Mr. Dishaheen and doesn’t know the ways. He says whenever I get stuck, Saavi always helps and guides me with the right way. Everyone panic seeing the blood in the house. Vedika says may be Nityam was stabbed and Saavi took him to hospital. Himesh comes there and tells that he enquired and found out that Manav was riding Chattriprasad in speed and Nityam and Saavi were on the back seat. He sees blood and says something wrong has happened here.

Nityam continues to talk to Saavi and says you have taken my half side of almira and changed my bathing time. He continues to talk to her. Saavi faints. Manav says he will get water. Nityam recalls and tells that Saavi always has water under the seat. Manav takes out water and sprinkles on her face. Nityam says saawri baawri and gets stuck. Manav tells the lines which he used to say for Saavi. Nityam and Manav rush her to the hospital. Nityam calls Dr. Roy and asks where is he? Manav shouts and tells the staff that Nityam is the trustee of the hospital. Doctor comes there and tells that he will check her. Nityam tells him that nothing shall happen to Saavi. He asks him to promise. She is taken inside the OT. Nityam and Saavi’s hands separate and the former is shocked and recalls their moments. Brijesh calls Manav and asks him to Nityam. Manav says Saavi is taken inside. Brijesh says I am asking about Nityam. Manav says you are not understanding and tells that Saavi is stabbed and not Nityam. He says Saavi is serious and ends the call. Brijesh shouts and tells Nutan, who collapses and falls down. Nurse comes there and asks Nityam to sign on the papers. Manav tells that the attack was planned for Nityam, but Saavi got hurt. The nurse says this is a police case. Other Nurse asks why she is Goel and you are Dalmia. Nityam says she is Goel always. He signs on the papers. Ratna talks to Brijesh and tells that Saavi will be fine, she will pray. Sonam is sitting sadly. Ratna says nothing will happen to her. Sonam laughs and tells that Saavi is getting all the attention again, she has all the family members and best medical team to attend her, but I am alone on my marriage day, instead of grah pravesh. She says bad thing has happened with her, instead of her grah pravesh…She cries and asks Ratna to go. Ratna cries hugging her.

Dimpy talks to her baby and tells that she will change her plan, to make the baby born with the luxuries of the life. She says she will pray that Saavi gets saved, so that she can give her painful death later. Manav asks Nityam to drink something. Nityam doesn’t want to take it. He talks to Kiran about the senior doctor. Manav says sorry for over reacting. Nityam says he don’t want anything and wants Saavi to be fine. Doctor comes out and tells that she is serious.

Precap: Everyone comes to the hospital. Nityam prays for Saavi’s life and says if anything happens to her then he can’t forgive himself. Vedika sees him praying for Saavi.
