Life Ok’s new show Ghulaam started this week and came as an engrossing show with a background of violence. It is a tale of Berahampur, the city of crimes. Rangeela is a born slave to Veer. Rangeela is a smart and fearless guy, who is much loyal to Veer. Rangeela would be duping the innocent girl Shivani into marrying Veer. From there, Rangeela’s journey from slavery to freedom will begin. Rangeela would be falling in love with Shivani, and take such tough steps against Veer which would give a new meaning to his relation with Shivani.

There are brutal scenes of women getting tortured in Berahampur. The harsh reality gets irking to watch. The theme of the show is different, and would be liked by the fans of leads Param and Niti. The show with a crime and romance background holds many surprises in coming tracks. Vikkas Manaktala, Param Singh and Niti Taylor will be seen in this love triangle with the deadly twist. Rangeela and Veer’s characters are poles apart. How the evil ruler Veer and the slave Rangeela stand for the war for winning their motives will be interesting to watch. Niti’s character will be seen transforming into strong one, who encourages Rangeela to fight for his freedom. Which actor/character impressed you so far? Rate Life Ok’s Ghulaam by its start? Loved it …. It is a brand new concept ….. with great actors …. a perfect combination for a perfect plot

  2. Pritha

Concept is quite new but seems like somewhat seems like aamir khan’s ghulam with changed backdrop and a little twisted plot.
Param and Vikas manaktala are really good.
But the scenes are little bit vulgar. Now a days even children under 14 watch daily soaps and for them its not good.
This is harsh reality of some villages but then too this is somewhat overemphasised.
And plot matches with life ok’s piye rangrezz in many points.

piya rangrezz was a sass bahu with bahu fighting against sass to change her husband but ghulaam is no where same to that .the story of berehempur is quite similar to many villages of haryana and many other remote places .EVEN show is bit less harsh the reality is more vulgar.it’s not a show for children it’s actually a show for teenagers and adults to see how harsh can life be and still how can situations be changed .it’s really a nice and new concept for tv and worth watching then other fake cherry coated love stories .

  4. I think gulaam is going to give a tough time to other serials
