The Episode starts with Ravi driving the car and asking Keerti not to leave her breath. He says we have to live our lives and give love to each other. He says we have to buy wedding dress for you, you are looking beautiful in this dress. He says I didn’t like the Gujrati dress chosen by you, and says we are Punjabi. He asks why you are stubborn. He asks her to reply else he will say anything. He asks her to show her angry eyes. He says you are not in a mood to fight and asks if I shall forget you. He says if you don’t give me answer then I will go away from you, then you shall cry. He says why you will cry, as I am crying. He says if you leave me then I will never talk to you, and will never see your face, I will never forget you, and will never miss you. He wipes his years and says nothing will happen to you. He continues to drive the car, and promises to be with her always. He says nothing will happen to you.

Malhar is driving the car and is about to hit a scooter. Pratiksha asks him what is he doing? He sees Police check post and tries to take the car backwards. The Inspector asks them to stop the car. Pratiksha asks what happened? Inspector says Gulshan’s daughter Keerti is murdered. Pratiksha is shocked to know about Keerti. The constable tells Inspector that this is the same car with which Keerti got accident. Inspector confronts Malhar. Malhar says I didn’t do anything and tells that Raghu asked him to kill her, but he hit her accidentally and died. Inspector says you will never become an Inspector. It turns out to be his imagination.

Ravi takes Keerti to the hospital. Nurse asks him to complete the formalities. Doctor comes there and says Gulshan called him. He asks the staff to take her inside. Malhar stops the car and asks Pratiksha to drive the car, else he will be arrested for drunk and drive. He tells about the 4th vow of marriage and says if your mother would have been alive, then she would have asked you to save your would be husband. Pratiksha recalls her mother’s words and nods her head. He sits on the backseat. Pratiksha asks why did you sit on the backseat. Malhar makes excuses and instructs her on how to drive. She drives the car and comes to the check post. Inspector asks her to show car papers. Pratiksha shows the car papers. Inspector checks and asks her to go. Pratiksha starts driving the car. Malhar thinks thank god, he is saved. He thinks Keerti will die and I will live her life. Keerti holds Ravi’s hand in unconscious state. Ravi asks Doctor to let him be with Keerti. Doctor says we have to operate on her, but stand outside for sometime. Ravi tells Keerti that he will be back and thanks God for saving her.

Malhar thinks just as Keerti dies, nobody can prove that I have killed her. He thinks his life will be set and will get good job and girl like Pratiksha. The lady is doing the puja and asks Maha Kaali, why you want to punish a sacred soul. She asks what did you write in her destiny. Everyone rushes to the hospital. Receptionist informs them that her condition is critical and she is in OT. Ravi is seated at Keerti’s bedside. Doctor and the nurse prepare for her operation. Gulshan, his wife and others rush there and sees Ravi sitting at Keerti’s side. Keerti’s mother cries seeing her condition. Mandeep too cries. Pratiksha comes home and keeps the car keys. Kinjal tells that Chachi has vomited three times. Prateik comes there and asks what happened to you. Kinjal says she had food poisoning as she had food three times. Prateik says she is a pro in this, and tells that she had full Gulab Jamun in someone’s marriage. He goes to bring the doctor. Everyone cries seeing Keerti’s state. Doctor asks Ravi to understand him and asks him to wait outside. Kavya cries and asks her mother if she wil be fine. Ravi goes outside, looking at Keerti. The operation begins.

Precap: Nurse asks Ravi to get AB negative blood. Ravi searches for the blood group and couldn’t find it. Keerti drops her hand. Ravi cries.
