Actor Ranveer Singh Malik, who is currently essaying the role of Rahul, in Shabir Ahluwalia starrer Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan is elated to bring Ganpati home on this Ganesh Chaturthi. During a recent interview with BT, the actor shared that he is happy that he could bring Bappa home while dancing on the beats of dhol.
He said, “After two long years of pandemic I’m glad that we could celebrate the festivities with full fervour and I could hire the dhol players and bring Bappa home while dancing on the streets on the dhol beat. It was a pleasant moment.”
He added, “Every year I choose a theme for decoration. This time I have selected red rose theme. I love these flowers as they signify love and prosperity. So I’m sure that nothing could be much better. My mom has made prasad while I tried my best to help her in any way possible.”
Ranveer who is also known for his role in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ shared, “I enjoy that festival as one reason to bring the family together and spend quality time. I’m enjoying welcoming friends and relatives for darshan to my home.”
