Naaz was just about to read the letter that Shlok had given her, but Zainab interrupted her, insisting that they complete a ritual first. She invited Bilawal to join in. Bilawal then told Sumeet that he was putting up with her presence because it made Naaz happy. He approached Naaz, and she reassured him that she was waiting for an opportunity to catch Sumeet and her husband in a compromising situation.
Bilawal performed the ritual for Naaz, and Sumeet started reminiscing about her past with Raj. She expressed that no matter the country, love and bonds remained the same everywhere. She also noted that even though Bilawal might not be a good person, his love for Naaz was as deep as Raj’s love for Sumeet.
Masoom made an announcement that Raj and Priyanka could not get married. Raj prevented her from showing a leaked video to the family members. However, Masoom decided to reveal the video to everyone, questioning how long Raj could keep it hidden. Pankhuri smirked, and Ashok felt heartbroken about the situation. Masoom, as the elder in the Alhawat family, declared that she would not allow the marriage to happen because they needed to maintain their societal status.
Sumeet noticed that Naaz was about to read the letter, so she distracted her by suggesting they dance together. Shlok wondered when Naaz would finally read the letter. As they danced, an imaginary romantic dance sequence between Sumeet and Shlok played out. Naaz also imagined herself dancing with Shlok. Shlok thought Sumeet would do her best to prevent Naaz from reading the letter. Sumeet tried to grab the letter but dropped it. Bilawal noticed Sumeet was missing and found her picking up an anklet. Akki gave the letter to Sumeet, but Naaz took it. Sumeet realized Naaz might discover the truth and thought they needed to escape. While Naaz read the letter, she tried to reach Shlok and took him to a room. She warned Shlok they’d be in trouble once Naaz read it. Sumeet suggested they run because they couldn’t trust anyone, including Naaz. Sumeet said she’d go and get Akki. A power outage occurred, and the real Adil freed himself. Akki found Shlok and Sumeet, but before they left, Naaz came looking for Shlok.
Bilawal followed Naaz to the room. He asked Naaz and Adil why they were there. Adil held the letter, and Shlok explained he didn’t want to hurt her feelings. Naaz said he didn’t hurt her; instead, he won her heart. She showed the letter with a drawing Shlok had made, and they laughed at his drawing skills. Shlok felt relieved, but Naaz kept praising the gift.
Meanwhile, Priyanka locked herself in a room and attempted suicide. Shlok asked Sumeet why she changed the letter, and Akki admitted he had altered it. Shlok and Sumeet comforted Akki, who wanted to go back home.
Precap: Adil says to Naaz while looking at Shlok, he is not real Adil he is betraying you. Naaz sees the wanted poster of Shlok. Adil says he is an Indian spy. Naaz says now you will be dead in Pakistan and you wont be leaving alive from here. Sumeet says I’ll see how much power Pakistan have, you can’t stop me from taking my innocent husband back to India.
