Charu Asopa bags a pivotal role in the upcoming show ‘Kaisa Hai Yeh Rishta Anjana’
Charu Asopa, renowned for her appearances in popular shows such as Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Mere Angne Mein, and Baal Veer, is set to make her comeback on the small screen in a fresh and distinctive role. The talented actress has landed a significant part in a new television series.
According to the reports, she will be seen portraying the negative lead character named Mridula in the upcoming show, Kaisa Yeh Rishta Anjana. The actress is scheduled to commence shooting for the series in two days.
Charu confirmed the news in a recent interview and shared, “As an actor, playing a negative character opens up numerous opportunities, which is why I decided to accept this role. Additionally, as a single mother, I need to work in order to provide for my daughter. I will be shooting for the show in Naigaon, and I plan to have Ziana accompany me on set so that I can spend quality time with her.”
Charu’s participation in Kaisa Yeh Rishta Anjana marks her return to television after her recent divorce from ex-husband Rajeev Sen, which was finalized on June 8. Despite their separation, both Charu and Rajeev remain committed to co-parenting and jointly caring for their daughter. They recently celebrated Father’s Day together, ensuring a memorable time for their little one.
