Bigg Boss 16: Shalin Bhanot’s parents write an open letter revealing they are getting death threats

Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shalin Bhanot recently had a major altercation with MC Stan during a task. During the fight, MC Stan threatened Shalin that it is going to get difficult for him to live in Mumbai.

Now, Shalin Bhanot’s parents have written an open letter revealing that they are getting death threats from MC Stan’s fandoms. In the letter they also mentioned that they are concerned for their son’s safety.

The letter read, “Namaste and thank you for all the love you have all been showering on our son Shalin. Shalin signed up for this truly amazing journey, the one with lots of challenges. We are sure he will come out emerging as a winner of hearts and love. However, we are worried! Last night seeing our son get death threats on national television has been worrisome. Post the episode, the threats have continued to pour in via fandoms and we wonder how is this ok? It’s a reality show but at the end of the day, it’s for entertainment. Why are we bringing life and death and death threats into this all? Our family is genuinely worried and we want to know how this is allowed on national television? We are worried about our son, his safety and the safety of our family! There’s nothing beyond our son’s happiness and safety that matters to us.”

Amidst all this, it will be interesting to see how Salman will react to this fight on the Shukravaar Ka Vaar.

    Forgive me if I am pessimistic. But is fandom of a rapper so important that his fans are even willing to kill for him?
    Maybe Shalin’s parents raised this issue to be seen.
    MC must be a man in Shahrukh’s position, that threatening his fans seems a bit reasonable. A little bit of that too

      now we know where Sha gets his ott drama – from his father , getting death threats bit dramatic would you not say sha’s father.

    And Salman won’t and can’t do anything about the fans behaviour. He’ll admonish Stan for his language by throwing off his jacket on stage as long as the TRP keeps rolling in
