Anuj after hearing about Ankush’s illegitimate child asks if it’s a new year prank. Barkha says its true that Ankush has a 15-year-old illegitimate son, she doesn’t know if Ankush is still in contact with that lady, she never bothered as Ankush was providing whatever she wanted, now she has an issue as Ankush wants to bring that boy in this house. Anupama asks why didn’t she question Ankush. Barkha says himself informed her about it, she either should have left Ankush or compromised after knowing the truth, where would she have gone as she has one one and Sara and Adhik would have suffered, she had to compromise for their sake and stayed with Ankush. Anuj asks Ankush can he betray Barkha. Ankush says if he had to betray her, he would have hid the truth; he even gave an option of divorce, but at that time she didn’t want to divorce him; his girlfriend and his son never asked anything from him, but for the first time, he wants to spend time with him, study in a university here, and stay in a hostel; he can’t refuse his son; whatever it is, his son will come and stay here. Barkha says that boy is coming to show his right and name from Ankush, but she will not let that happen. Anuj fumes that Ankush and Barkha hid such a big truth from them for such a long time. Anupama says Barkha is suffering from 15 years, Ankush should have thought about her. Anuj says he will speak to Ankush.
Kavya asks Vanraj if he wants to say something. Vanraj says lets go in. Kavya says he should speak right here as she is getting late. Vanraj asks why did she share their family problems with Mohit. Kavya says why will she. Leela says then how does Mohit know about their family issues. Samar says whole world knows about their issues. Vanraj says she brought Mohit home to show how jealous and insecure her husband is. Kavya asks if she can’t bring her friends home. Samar says she needs Leela’s permission to make friends. Leela says Kavya will not befriend Mohit as he doesn’t sound to be a good man. Kavya says she should trust her at least, both good and bad people are present in every industry, only difference is everyone notices her industry’s people and hence everyone knows what is happening in their lives, that doesn’t mean corporate world people are noble. Vanraj sarcastically says she understood that industry so well just in 2 days that she became a spokesperson of that industry. Kavya says she is talking about herself and until she is right, it doesn’t matter; let her clear that she goes just to work and nothing else.
Leela says everyone knows that she had an affair with Vanraj even while Vanraj is married to Anupama. Kavya confronts Vanraj and asks if she alone had an affair or if he is not equally involved, why is only she questioned. Kinjal says men are spared even with a mistake and women are criticized without a mistake. Vanraj asks them to stop their helpless woman drama, the reason his anger is not his insecurity, he is just protective and not possessive. Kavya says there is a difference between both, protective person calls 3-4 times a day and not 50 times. Vanraj admits that he is possessive and doesn’t like any other man touch his wife. Kavya says she knows her limits, he should talk whenever she crosses her limits, she will not wrong and hence will not change, his and someone/Leela’s thinking should chance, and if its not okay with him, he should do whatever he can. She walks out and leaves with Mohit. Leela asks Vanraj to do something or else they will have to see his wife’s shamelessness.
Anupama tells Anuj that she can’t believe what she just heard, but its true. Anuj says life is unpredictable, everything goes smoothly and suddenly something happens. Anupama says she fears if something unexpected happens in their lives. Anuj comforts her. Anupama receives a parcel. Vanraj sitting on a bench recalls Kavya’s words. Leela asks if he is fine and says problems arise between husband and wife when differences start creeping up between them, she doesn’t want to say this but fears that he may have to go through the same that he did with Anupama. Anupama receives parcel. Little Anu takes it from Anupama, opens it, and happily dances that her dress came. Anuj and Anupama are shocked to see a same online dress which was out of stock. Anuj asks Anupama to see if there is any note. Anupama finds MaaYa’s note for Little Anu that she is sending her most wanted gift and soon will meet her tomorrow on Sankranti, only her Maa-Ya. Little Anu jumps saying she is sure MaaYa sent this dress as there is her drawing on the box, she is sure MaaYa will visit her tomorrow.
After some time, Anuj and Anupama discuss that one needs to take parent’s permission to speak to their children, but MaaYa is directly interacting with Little Anu. Anupama asks Anuj to speak to Maaya directly. Anuj says let us speak to her directly when she comes to meet Little Anu tomorrow on Sankranti festival. Anupama says there is MaaYa’s suspense on 1 side and Ankush’s issue on other side. Anuj says they should handle both issues carefully. Next morning, Anuj, Anupama, Little Anu, and Dimpy perform pooja and wish happy uttarayan. MaaYa records their video hiding. Little Anu asks significance of uttarayan. Anupama explains it in detail and how festival keeps different cultures united. Adhik gets ready for party and asks Pakhi to come out soon as they are getting late. Pakhi comes out ready.
Adhik gets mesmerized with her beauty and says she is looking so beautiful and hugs her. Pakhi says he is too good; even after her having so many shortcomings, he loves her so much and even helps her family. Adhi says they both have shortcomings and shall complete each other, etc. Anupama serves bhog of different sweets to god. Little Anu feels happy. Barkha and Ankush walk to them. Little Anu wishes them happy makar sankranti. Anuj says they shall forget all their issues today and enjoy the festival, his friend has organized an event and they all shall attend it. Little Anu says they will enjoy a lot.
Precap: Shahs attend party. Leela hopes they don’t come across Kapadia’s. Anupama confronts Leela when she comments on Dimpy. Leela warns her to take care of her family as anything can go wrong. MaaYa watching them hiding thinks Leela is right, anything an go wrong.

It seems you didn’t watch the track of adopting.they couldn’t adopt her but can foster her because they are below 2yrs of marriage.

Whatever.. but makers want Anupama to suffer in any case. Whether she is with Shahs or with Kapadias. Forget about her education or job. She should always cry and sacrifice. If maaya was not enough now they brought illegitimate son of Ankush.. too much..

Lady playing Maya doesn’t do villain roles . She is too young to be Ankush girlfriend and 15year old’s mother. I think she has some vested interest in little Anu. Not sure why
