Guys as all of your friends I am worried about you all. You all are very lazy . You guys wake up at 9:00,9:30,10:00.. that's (See more) not good for health. I wake up at 6:00 l,go for jogging,then do exercise,drink green tea,take bath and have health break fast like oats,fruits... This keeps me healthy and fit.i think u guys should also follow this...
