A Mesmerizing Love Story Of Those Golden Days – Episode 4

THE EPISODE STARTS WHEN SAMEER CATCHES NAINA IN HIS ARMS AND THEY ARE LOST IN EACH OTHER’S EYES.

Suddenly, Sameer recalls his conversation with Vishakha (“Don’t talk to any girl, don’t give them any attention or any signs, DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT TOUCHING THEM, and stay as far as possible.”) and quickly drops Naina and she falls on the ground. “Ouchhh!!” screams Naina out of pain. “Sorry…I…I…am…” stammers Sameer due to nervousness. “Let it be. You will waste my whole day. Are you crazy?? You should have at least told me before dropping me like that. Idiot!” shouts Naina and leaves. “But…” Sameer says being disappointed with himself. “She was arrogant but right too. I shouldn’t have dropped her like that. What is wrong with me? I am never nervous in front of anybody. This is all Mummy’s fault. And I shouldn’t think too much. But she was not one of the usual girls who want my attention. She…she was different.” Thinks Sameer lost in his thoughts when someone taps on his shoulders from back.

Sameer smiles and turns thinking the person to be Naina but his smile vanishes as he sees Pandit. “What are you doing here?”asks Pandit curiously. Sameer counters, “Same question goes to you.” and wraps his arm around Pandit’s shoulders and both smile and walk back into the classroom. Finally an irritated Naina finds Preeti who was standing at a corner and watching everything. Preeti smirks,“So, what was that? Pehla Pehla Pyaar?” “One more word, and you are dead.” warns Naina rolling her eyes and continues “That was the worst accident I have ever had. That boy was stupid.” “What is his name? In case, you are not interested in him, you know I can…” asks Preeti shyly. Naina mocks, “Sure. I will get his RASHAN CARD next time, ok?”

Anand, Bela, and Rakesh show up just then. “Did you get enough time to look around? We are done with the forms, books, and uniform. You will begin tomorrow.” informs Rakesh. Both the girls nod and they all leave. For the rest of the day, Sameer couldn’t focus on studying and wanted to tell his friends about the girl he met but couldn’t.

AT SAMEER’S HOUSE

Sameer is still lost in his own world. “Did somebody say something to you? Why do you look so distracted?” asks Vivek. After getting no response, he shakes his son’s shoulder which brings him to the real world. “What happened papa?”asks Sameer in a low tone. “What happened to you? Where are you lost?” Vivek asks. “I just had a long day. I am tired. Please tell mummy that I don’t feel like having dinner. I’ll be studying in my room. Please don’t disturb me. Goodnight.” Informs Sameer and leaves. “Goodnight, at 6:00 pm? There is something definitely wrong with this boy.” thinks Vivek. Sameer lie on his bed and as soon as he shuts his eyes, Naina’s face pictures in his head. He opens his eyes quickly. “I am not going to sleep tonight otherwise the whole scene with that girl will rewind and play in my head the whole night.” he thinks and sits on his study table and starts reading a book. “When did I buy a Spanish book?” he wonders and finds out that he was holding the book upside down. He starts laughing on his stupid acts. “That’s fine. I will study Spanish today.” He says and reads the book upside down.

AT RAKESH’S FAMILY’S HOUSE

“Let’s pack our bags. We will be leaving in an hour.” tells Rakesh. “Really? Are we leaving?” ask the girls cheerfully. “We are leaving.” Rakesh says while pointing at himself, Seema, and Manika. Naina and Preeti make stupid faces hearing that. Everybody laughs. “But why are you leaving so early?” asks Naresh. “Night flights are better. We will get more time for work. Otherwise that time will be wasted.” tells  Manika. “That’s so money minded. At least they should stay a little longer and spend time with their family.”whispers Preeti. “Look who’s talking. You are getting way too emotional.” taunts Naina. “In a way, It is good that you are leaving. Neighbours had started talking rubbish about us. Anyways, the relation you three have is not something considered to be reputed in our country.” Beena interrupts. Everyone is stunned by her words. “When will you stop cursing everybody? I specifically told you not to say anything stupid.” Scolds Naresh. “Let it be, brother-in-law. She is right. Our relationship is different but the fact is that we are happy this way and don’t want to mess up.” Says Seema in a low tone. “Mess up? Haven’t you guys realized that you three are already messed up.” says Naina. Preeti follows, “And if you are happy with it, why don’t you tell the whole world about it? Why does your family need to suffer because of you?” Naina wonders why is Preeti thinking so much about their dad’s family.

Rakesh gets frustrated and shouts, “What do you want to hear? Fine, I will just say it. YES, I LOVE BOTH SEEMA AND MANIKA. THEY BOTH ARE MY WIVES!!!”
