There’s a race amongst TV shows to grab the title of the most watched show. To reach the zenith, many old shows are being taken off air to make way for thr new ones and to give them an opportunity to shine. Joining the list of the shows which are getting slacked is Zee TV’s Haiwaan. After a slew of new shows coming in, Haiwaan will be making an exit from the tube very soon.
The show was produced by Balaji Telefilms and starred Param Singh, Ankit Mohan, Ridhima Pandit as leading actors. While Param was previously seen in Sadda Haq, Ghulam, and Mariam Khan Reporting Live, Ridhima rose to fame with Bahu Humari Rajni Kant and was last seen in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.
Haiwaan was a show which was one of it’s kind and was based on super natural powers of a scientist. It was inspired by Hollywood movie Hulk and revolved around a scientist who acquires superpowers after his experiment fails. The homegrown televised version of ‘Hulk’ however didn’t creat the magic it was supposed to.
The grapevines are now abuzz that the show will go off air on 16th February.
The shoot for the same has already been wrapped up.
