Yogesh Tripathi and his onscreen mother Himani Shivpuri have both undergone surgeries. According to a source of BT, Yogesh had stomach surgery while Himani had cataract surgery for her left eye. Yogesh was granted leave from 6 to 16th February for his surgery but had to take another 2 days off because of some complications. Currently, Yogesh is recovering and had refused to talk about his health.
Himani on the other hand has got her cataract treated successfully. In an interview with BT she said that she had cataract in both her eyes. The left one is fine now and she will get the right eye operated on, in the next few months.
According to the source, “Both serials were unaffected in terms of flow and story despite Yogesh and Himani being indisposed as Benaifer had shot a good amount of scenes as a bank. With Benaifer being at the helm, the production values and continuity is never disturbed,'”
