Scene 1:
Location: On the road
Kartik is shocked to see him dead. he hands over the body to the police, and then tells them to find out asap, if its a murder attempt or just an accident. the police complies. he then gets the lawyer’s call asking about alvi. he tells him about the death and the lawyer gets tensed as that was the only way out to save srikant. kartik asks him to find another way out and not bother about the money at all. he complies, and promises to respond back.
Scene 2:
Location: Tai’s residence
While survi and shanti are sitting, Tai’s children torture her, and then tell her that they cant let her stay and she along with kartik shall be punished. Latra tries to intervene, but they shove her aside too, and dont let her give juice
Outside, kartik is told by raghu to come hurriedly inside for survi. he rushes in, just in time to hold survi when they throw her out. A verbal scuffle ensues. Kartik is taunted by tai’s children, that he easily forgot the promise he made to tai. he stands speechless. tai comes in just then, shocking them all saying that she never mourned for her husband’s death, donning a white saree, as she has faith on kartik, but today she wears it since he has brken it and she doesnt need any clarifications. she asks him his decision point blank. survi intervenes saying that its wrong to ask him to choose, and hence she should go. but he stops her saying that he wont go anywhere and shall stay here only. He confronts tai who is shocked, saying that she shall stay here as everything that they own and possess belongs to srikant too, by 50% as thats his partner ship stake. While tai is wearing a white saree for mourning, kartik comes to her and shocks her by saying that he is extremely apologetic but he wont allow survi to go out, and she shall stay here only with them. Tai is shocked and others are tensed. tai is shocked and asks him not to say anymore, and ruehs upto his room.
Downstairs, all are tensed, while survi thinks that he lied again about the partnership, but is shocked when she knows that its the truth. He urges lata to go and compose and calm tai down, but she says that he has wronged tai, by lying and betraying her, and hence should go and apologise, and once her angercalms down, he shall be forgiven. He is tensed.
in her room, kartik’s words haunt tai, and she is very frustrated that he has betaryed him 4 years back, and now her plans of owning everything are turned to ruins. she decides to show full enemity to artik. the screen freezes on her angry face.
Precap: As tai sits sullenly and resignedly in her room, not opening up, and not responding, kartik calls her from down, getting everyone’s attention, that he can bear everything but not her silence, and finally relents that since she cant stand survi, she wont stay here. tai is appeased.
