Sameer wakes his friends. You are sleeping peacefully! He tries going to meet Naina but they pull him back in the bed between them. They hold his hands from each side and sleep.
Naina is thinking of Preeti and Bela.
Bobby is unable to sleep. Vishakha checks his head. Why dint you sleep yet? He shrugs her hand away. I cannot sleep. I haven’t been insulted like this before. She asks him who can insult him. He says how someone can insult me when you are here. She reasons that Kamlesh told her that he isn’t well. He offered to do the ritual himself. Bobby taunts her on her acting. You can do that as much as you want till we are here. Once we go back, you can pretend to be a nice wife. Switch off the lights. I have to sleep. Don’t wake me early tomorrow. He turns his back to her. Vishakha looks on helplessly.
Preeti sits up. Rinki is sleeping peacefully next to her. Preeti comes quietly to the living room and calls on Sameer’s landline. Bela snatches the phone out of her hand just then. Preeti tells her she cannot sleep. Bela asks her if Naina will sing lullaby for her. Preeti hugs her mother. Let me call once. Bela points at the clock. Preeti agrees to disconnect after ringing just one bell. She must be missing me. Bela is reluctant but the landline rings just then. Preeti picks the phone and takes Naina’s name. They tell each other how they are missing one another. Preeti smiles emotionally. Bela asks Naina if she did the thaali ritual nicely. Naina tells her the truth. Bela says everyone must be thinking that we dint tell you anything. Preeti takes the phone from her. How is your room? Naina replies that she is in temple tonight. Bela recalls that Naina must be in front of Vinayak ji tonight and speaks to Naina. Preeti takes the phone again. She tells Naina to tell Sameer about her hair disaster asap. Naina agrees and ends the call.
Munna and Pundit notice Sameer sitting lost on the bed. They think to sleep leaving him alone but Sameer shows them the door. He feels bad that Naina will sleep on the floor. I cannot sleep on the bed too. His friends tell him to sleep wherever he wants to and go out. Sameer thinks of an idea and goes downstairs.
Naina is resting.
Voiceover – Sameer:
I saw Naina sleeping for the first time that day. It felt as if she is doing Dandvat Pranam.
He covers Naina with the duvet.
Voiceover – Naina:
Sameer did not know that I was sleeping in that position so my bun does not open.
Naina wakes up sensing someone’s presence and smiles broadly seeing Sameer. He keeps his finger on her lips to keep her from shouting. She asks him why he dint sleep till now. He replies that he couldn’t sleep without her. She feels shy. Even I couldn’t sleep. He gets happy thinking it will be because of him but she takes Preeti’s name. They both smile. He asks her to see their room. She is hesitant of being caught but he convinces her. He keeps the gathbandhan dupatta over his shoulder and heads upstairs with him. Sameer covers her eyes using his hand and closes the door as soon as they are inside. Naina finally opens her eyes upon his askance. She points out at the decor. He reminds her that it is for their Suhagraat. Kuch Na Kaho plays in the background as they share an eye lock. She complains that there is no photo of her in the room. He says you are in the room. Why do we need photos? She says you can only say dialogues. He agrees to put their pics from honeymoon. She adjusts her hair and sits on the bed. It is so soft unlike the one at my house. He offers to get it changed but she loves it. Chacha ji took us for outing and the bed there was equally soft. Preeti and I kept jumping on the bed all the time. He tells her to try it here too. She gets excited.
Mami ji comes outside and finds Naina missing.
Naina stands on the bed and starts jumping.
Mami ji looks upstairs.
Naina asks Sameer to join her too. It is so much fun. He complies.
Mami ji thinks of an idea.
Sameer and Naina are happily jumping on the bed when they hear Mami ji asking him to open the door. Naina and Sameer panic. There are other relatives too. Sameer steps down and helps Naina too. Mami ji knocks on the door continuously. Naina panics. I told you against it. I will be scolded again! He reminds her they are married. She reminds him of the ritual. We weren’t supposed to be here. Mami ji keeps knocking relentlessly. Naina thinks to jump from the balcony window but he reprimands her. It is too high. You will directly go up. She tells him not to scold her. What should we do? Sameer says they will misunderstand it. Naina asks him about it but he dismisses it. He is trying to remove the dupatta from his trouser when Mami ji manages to enter inside the room. She looks at Naina’s crumpled clothes and at the condition of the bed. She starts scolding Naina for being so restless. I told you to take Ganpati ji’s blessings tonight. Naina apologizes to her but Mami ji calls her shameless. Other ladies scold Naina too. Vishakha asks them what’s happening. Sameer tells his mother he brought Naina here to show her the room. The ladies laugh. Mami ji speaks about the signs. There was that mark on Sameer’s neck on haldi day. Naina asks her about it but Mami ji calls her too desperate. We understand it when it comes to guys but this girl is no less. Ladies taunt Vishakha. Mami ji and the ladies walk out of the room. Vishakha holds Naina’s hand and takes her with her. Sameer closes the door and throws his pillow on the floor. He lies down on the floor itself.
Vishakha tells Naina to sleep if she has a little shame left. Prabha was right! Naina looks on sadly. Mami ji murmurs that they should also sleep now. Who will waste a night after her? Naina and Sameer lie down in their respective rooms. Ye Raat Aur Ye Doorie song plays in the background. Sameer keeps tossing and turning restlessly.
Voiceover – Naina:
Naina says my friends gave me lots of names but I got a new name that day – restless DIL. I felt as if it was the title of the novels sold on railway platform.
Voiceover – Sameer:
Naina had to hear so much because of me that day. I also promised myself that Naina might have shed tears today but she will only smile from here on.
Precap: Naina is rebuking herself in the washroom for trying to become like Madhuri Dixit when Mami ji knocks at the door. Bathe quickly and use the shampoo kept inside. Naina touches her bun worriedly.

Mami always misinterpret things. Last time she misinterpreted that Burn Mark as Love Bite and now she misinterpreted their jump into …… Why does people have so narrow thinking even on these days. Always a girls character certificate is made without thinking the other side of coin which is totally different. This thinking of our society always upsets me ?. And we all know it is just the beginning there is lot more to happen. Naina is going to be humiliated so badly.
Now comes to the nice part. Sister’s bonding is more than anything. We find this in Siblings these days but cousins can share the same bonding and it is proved many times in YUDKBH?. The conversation between Naina & Preeti and Naina & Sameer was the best part of today’s episode.
Can’t understand one why Bobby is feeling so insulted or showing how bad he is feeling to Vishakha. He was the only one who didn’t want to perform that ritual, then why. What is his motive behind this. Showing his anger to Vishakha is so mean and bad, he himself done everything and now blaming it to Vishakha. This Mother and Son (Dadi & Bobby) are same no humanity at all they are just selfish. They can’t love Sameer okay, but stay neutral with his happiness what is this that He is not letting Vishakha to be Happy. In a Delhi track episode Dadi stated that she was the one who forced Vishakha to leave Sameer all alone and choose his grandson Rohan. That was really mean and selfish, being a lady she should have felt how it feels to stay away from her own son but No.
Makers should bring Rohan and Deepika to the frame now as I want to see a Brother Brother and Brother Sister relationship between the trio in same way they left in Delhi track even with more love and passion despite of being Step to each other. And Naina should also know about her brother and sister in law. Who all agree can share there taught.

she misinterpreted naina and sameer jumping on bed as they are making love i.e suhagraat ,
loved to hear naina voice after 1 long episode ,i think naina cuteness was from mount abu trip one ,
loved Preeti and naina conversation,
loved the way sameer drape ganthbandhan kapda over his shoulder
loved munna comedy timing when he says ” dogs is not allowed”
and sameer corrects him ” are ”

aaj mamiji pe bahut gussa aya ,why can’t she leave naina and sameer in peace ,
don’t know why bobby felt humiliated ,he never wanted to do the ritual
also loved sameer making promise that ” aaj to naina ko rote hue dekh lia ,
magar aage se har din khushi dunga ( words can be different )
Gussa hone ki koi baat hi nhi this aaj. Mami Ji was not wrong anyone will think the same. Naina was not infront of Ganpati Ji so she was scolded but for a wrong reason. And in those days every rituals were very important. The only thing wrong was bringing 3 more ladies to check Sameer’s room.

are you really that dumb tarun…..everyone knows that it’s a wig ….even in regular episodes she wears wig….her real hair are stright and long….and if don’t know just check her insta account….and stop commenting one thing twice thrice….it’s too irritating……you are not the only one who loves the show or know everything about it.. there are lots of people who knows better than you and following the show from first episode….so stop overreacting
Very true Vidha, Bobby unnecessarily creating issues with Vishakha spoiling her peace of mind which in turn reflects with her bahu(Naina) because even vishakha can’t think or listen to his son.Poor Samaina and i felt that Naina looks innocent and her dialogue delivery always cute blame sameer when they caught and she did the same even after becoming MRS. Maheswari.

Is it just me or does anyone else think Naina has become wayyyyyy tooooooo naive after her wedding? And wayyyyyy toooooo childish. Because she’s someone who would not open her mouth in front of tauji taiji, someone who would fear and respect them at the same time. Here she’s more like I really don’t know. Her fear is not there, she’s not at her best behavior which she used to be at her own house. Now its cute, I’m not saying Naina can’t talk or have an opinion or something. But she’s behaving like she understands basically nothing. And she’s behaving very childish. At least for the first two three days, u til guests are there she can keep her mouth shut.
Loved Preeti and Naina’s conversation. And this Sameer, always ends up putting Naina into trouble. And why is he wearing a belt on jeans at night? Wasn’t he supposed to sleep with that outfit on?
Too many spoilers are making me lose interest in this show now. And some things are not funny, they’re just dumb.

she is not fearing anything because tauji and taiji are not there ,plus she is with her husband
plus she is behaving childish because she remembers chacha ji taking them to massori and preeti and naina jumping on bed all night long,
sameer wore jeans because makers wanted ,so that naina dupatta gets stuck in sameer belt , and if you notice jeans is loose , that is why sameer wore belt
see that’s how makers creates drama in the serial ,
by mamiji seeing them together and misinterpreting something and accusing naina
sameer didn’t want to let his wife sleep at floor ,so he just went down to see her ,while putting blanket over her ,naina wakes up ,
that when sameer says chalo room dikhane chalta hoon ,10 min main aa jayenge ,but mamiji comes before,
we can’t blame sameer as well ,he just wanted to show his wife their room

I completely understand what you’re saying Tarun.
But what I’m saying is Naina’s characterisation is kind of different from her initial one. No doubt she’s just 21 and barely an adult. But she knows how to behave when. And today, idk, I felt it was weird. Maybe I’m not liking that this is going the saas bahu way. Or maybe too many spoilers are making me loose interest. But the way she went kaisa nishaan, and jumped on the bed, and behaved like she’s never seen a soft bed before, it made me cringe. Sure she’s from a middle class family and sure she’s happy that she and her husband have got such a big and comfortable house, but just for two three days they can behave well.
Maybe I’m finding it a little over acting in terms of her innocence. And usually Naina is the person to freak out more, like in today’s episode, when mamiji is asking Sameer to open the door, and Sameer is getting angry whereas Naina is going all mujhe mat daato like a small kid. Other says, it’s always Naina who’s freaking out and scolding Sameer and Sameer asking her to calm down. Anyone would think they both are desperate. And when you know all eyes are on you and even the tiniest mistake can land you in trouble, why do you get into trouble in the first place?
I’m somehow not convinced with this track now. It’s kind of becoming like saas bahu dramas. I know they’ll shift the track but until that happens, I doubt if I’ll watch the serial. the whole 1990s vibe is gone now.

Thanks Vidha. Yes they have reduced, but they need to make them almost zero. Cause there’s no big track coming up that we will be curious about what is going to happen. Spoilers like chachaji agreeing for their relationship, and all those are fine. But these chotu things are too many

I have been a silent reader of YUDKBH.
I too don’t like the track these days. As Sameer and Naina got married after so many difficulties, they can wait for few more days to be together, until all the guests are gone, they should behave maturely. Sameer always created problems from Naina. What is the need to show her the room in night, when they have to follow a ritual, it was only for a night, not entire life. Mami ji was wrong in bringing other ladies but what she interpreted was not wrong any one would think the same. Sameer always behaves childish and lands Naina in trouble. Why can’t he wait till morning, Naina was humiliated due to his wish. I don’t like Sameer’s character these days, he always wants things to be done his way or he will become angry. He was the one who wanted to meet Naina before marriage and because of that Naina was humiliated again for love byte, now this. He doesn’t want to understand anything anyone says, apart from what he wants and then blames others for the problem.
If he loves Naina so much, he should understand that now she DIL and she has to follow certain rituals and only for 2-3 days, but he can’t wait. If they waited for 4 years, can’t he wait for 2-3 days when all the rituals are over. If he can not follow rituals, what was the need to call everyone to his wedding. He could have married without any guests.
