Epi begins with Shivani says I dint do anything wrong. I love Sameer and he loves me! I wont hear anything against him! Vanita slaps her. Sejal whispers that they came here ot unite Raghav and Naina. How did Shivani’s love story pop up? Jatin asks Shivani if she drank bhang too. Do you understand anything? She nods. She admits that she loves Sameer. Vanita tells her to stop her nonsense but Shivani repeats her words. Sameer ends up saying that it is they who create dramas. Everyone will be quiet now! Now you all will be quiet. You guys just aren’t aware of it! Naina tries to stop him but he says you always say that we should only lie till the time that lie does not hurt anyone! Truth is that Raghav isn’t Naina’s husband! Sameer says Naina is my wife! Everyone is stunned. He tells everything
Vanita steps forward. She looks at Naina and Sameer and ends up hugging Naina. Everyone smiles in relief. Thank you for saving Shivani’s life. Jatin thanks Sameer as well. You aren’t a wrong guy. You thought about Shivani before yourself. I know my sister. She might have done something wrong! Shivani looks down. Aditya praises his friend. Everyone lies nowadays but who admits it! he is a gem! Preeti says I can bet they cannot harm anyone. Naina hugs her sister. Sameer tells Shivani she wouldn’t have been hurt if he hadn’t lied. She admits she felt bad. He says sorry to her. She asks him to compensate by watching DDLJ with her. Naina will also join us. Jatin says we will also join you. He tells Raghav not to worry. You will get your job. Gopal says all’s well that end’s well. Gauri says it is an auspicious day which is why everything has come clear. Rakesh says one thing is left – I was never mad! Everyone laughs. Gopal jokes that the one who is affected says that only. Rakesh says you can get me tested. Gopal says it isn’t required.
Voiceover – Sameer:
Everything that was going against us till yesterday was supporting us today! Now the society was our friend!
Vanita, Sejal and Sahiba are taking a walk. They speak of Naina and Sameer’s story. Preeti says they did so much to be with each other. Naina says I brought our school photos to tell you more about us. Vanita takes the album from her.
The boys are playing cricket. Jatin talks excitedly about Sameer’s love life. Shubham says Preeti told me their story. It was unbelievable! Jatin is curious to know more. Shubham shares that story about the bet.
Naina and Sameer are happily sharing their past with the society members who continue to tease them.
Sameer shares the problems that they had to go through to get married. Jatin jokes that Rakesh also had a problem with things. Aditya says wish I could have a love story like that too. they ask him if they will let someone slap them like Sameer. He denies. Sameer and Naina tell each other the same thing at the same time. Vanita says this is what their connection is about. Your love story is interesting. Your lies were all the more interesting though! They advice Naina and Sameer to write stories instead.
Voiceover – Naina:
It felt as if the society members had accepted us. Sejal was right. Cooking stories and actually making stories is very different!
Sameer tells that he has told the truth to the ad people too. Naina adds that we have heard that Mumbai gives you another chance if you can dare to be honest. Sameer nods. I will make full use of this opportunity now! Rakesh calls out to Sameer. There is a call for you. Sameer goes.
Sameer attends the call and finds out that he has been offered another ad. He tells this to Naina from the balcony. Everyone congratulates them. Naina rushes upstairs. Rakesh plays radio. They share a group hug as soon as she enters.
Sameer is at his shoot. Naina laughs hearing the script. You aren’t like the simple straight guy as the guy in the ad. Stay like this even at home. he makes a straight face. She offers to help him enact it. He points out that this isn’t the age where dialogues are said / read like Meena Kumari. She says the lines are exactly of that era. Change the lines. How can cooker replace a wife? Change the line a bit. She does some modifications. The director hears her and asks her to repeat it. She gets tensed. I am sorry. I was joking. I will be quiet now. He tears the script. You don’t have to say anything now. You will write what you said. Thank you. That line fits my product perfectly! Can I use your line for my product if you agree? Naina and Sameer look at him in confusion. She allows him to use her line. Sameer shoots the ad in one go with Naina’s dialogue. Director gets impressed. He hands an envelope to both of them and walks out. Naina and Sameer look at their respective cheques in disbelief and surprise.
Voiceover – Naina:
Mumbai accepts you wholeheartedly. Maybe Mumbai finally accepted us that day. We were getting the unbelievable fruits of our labour! We understood our value on that day!
Precap: Naina and Sameer keep their first cheque in their house temple. They bring stuff for the house and Rakesh who pats their backs proudly.
