Pundit is calculating inches on his own with a smile. Naina asks him what he is doing. Did you just come? He denies. The boutique is going great especially when it comes to measurements. She asks about Sameer and he points at upstairs. He sent me here as he had to take measurements the second time. Naina says we don’t send clothes for males. Pundit says he is taking measurements of ladies. He has been surrounded by girls since school and then in college and now this! What is his secret?

Sameer is taking measurements of a girl. Naina glares in his direction upon noticing it. Sameer gets tensed. The girl gets conscious too.

Voiceover – Naina:
I was battling a bigger battle inside my heart that day. The businesswoman kept telling me to calm down as it is Sameer’s duty but the wife inside me was ready to attack on Sameer any second!

Naina sits down on the stool angrily and keeps looking at Sameer as he measures the sleeves. She asks him when she will get it. He tells her day after tomorrow and she leaves. Sameer sits next to Naina but she starts scanning the suits instead. He asks her if she is upset. She denies but he knows she is upset. I had no choice. You weren’t there. We would have lost the customer! She mumbles that he would have lost the chance too then. Sameer says you only spoke of expanding the business yesterday and now you are so angry. From now onwards I wont take any measurements. I will tell everyone that my wife is a lioness!

Rakesh folds his hands before the lady. I will call it a lie even if God tells me that Anand and Bela don’t value their relations. The lady discusses something with her husband in a corner. She calls Nirmala afterwards. She tells her something (in mute). Anand stands there looking tensed. The lady feeds them sweets as she ends the call. Preeti smiles through her tears.

Tumse Mil Ke song plays as Naina chases Sameer down the stairs. He holds his ears but she walks away. He does not let go and keeps teasing / poking her. She ends up smiling. He holds her romantically and dances with her. She is about to warn him but ends up falling on top of him. They share an eye lock. He asks her how a lioness it. She roars like one. He kisses her on her cheeks and teases her. They

Voiceover – Sameer:
2-3 customers started coming in boutique because of me taking measurements. Along with that, Naina also started getting angry. My shayari had also turned her into a shayar. She vowed to teach me a lesson!

Voiceover – Sameer:
Why wont girls come back again and again to give measurements? Sameer Master ji used to take wrong measurements after all!

A girl complains about her cloth. The measurement is wrong. Naina says we altered it yesterday but the girl insists it is not right. Naina is about to take her measurements but the girl asks Sameer to do it.

Voiceover – Sameer:
I laugh recalling that day today. Girls used to give me measurements and I used to note everything with shaky hands. I was scared of the angry queen Naina staring at me!

The same girl keeps visiting the boutique. Naina tells Sameer that atleast she became a regular customer. The girl asks if something new is here. Naina shows her few dresses which the girl buys. She asks Naina to bill them and tells Sameer to take her measurements. Sameer reads it from his memory. The girl leaves happily. Naina tests Sameer on calculations and taunts him for remembering the girl’s measurements well in few days. He says she comes daily. She asks for her measurements. He thinks to take help of tape but she again taunts him for being on the lookout of such chances and walks away in a huff.

Voiceover – Sameer:
I still feel restless thinking about those days. Everything was changing around us. Munna got married and Preeti was about to get married. Only our business wasn’t set and soaring!

Sameer tells Naina not to show anyone that they are worried about their business. I am equally sad / tensed that it did not work out well in the last 2 months but we must not show it to anyone. She nods with a smile and they go inside. Preeti opens the door for them. Anand and Bela meet the kids. Naina gifts Preeti a red saree. Bela asks her why she is getting into formalities. You got one last month too. Naina says it is normal. There is no formality. Sameer jokes that SIL is half wife. Preeti jokes that it is good that saree isn’t half. Everyone smiles. Anand refuses to accept it. we don’t take anything from our daughters. The tradition is the other way round. Naina says it is a gift from a sister to a sister. Anand says we too want to give you something then. He goes inside. Bela excuses herself to bring tea. Preeti asks Sameer and Naina about their boutique. They lie that it is fine. Naina asks Preeti what Shubham sent for her. Preeti calls it boring. He sent a flower pot! They all smile. Naina goes to help Bela in kitchen.

Bela tells Anand he is doing the right thing by giving money to Naina and Sameer. Their business isn’t going well so this will help. He agrees to repay them 50k once Preeti gets married. Have Preeti’s clothes come? Bela suggests buying clothes for Preeti from Naina’s boutique. It will help them monetarily too. Anand likes the idea. Naina overhears them and turns sad.

Voiceover – Sameer:
Tears of happiness surface in my eyes whenever I think of those days now. I may be embarrassed that day but now I smile with pride realising that everyone had a heart of gold!

Naina walks back inside sadly. Sameer notices her sad face and makes a phone call. Naina and Preeti go inside.

Naina praises Preeti’s MIL’s choice. Preeti speaks highly of her. I wish I get married asap. Naina says how eager you are to marry. Preeti replies that she is eager to go to Bombay. Naina points out that the name has changed to Mumbai. They discuss about the movie Bombay. Let’s watch it. They dance on Humma Humma song.

Voiceover:
Bombay got associated with our life suddenly. It might be because of the film or Preeti but we had no idea that it was going to become a very crucial part of our life.

Precap: Rakesh scolds Naina and Sameer for sticking to the boutique when it isn’t even turning out to be fruitful for them. Later, Sameer angrily throws the stuff from the drawers on the floor. Naina looks at him as he falls down in the process.
