Staying up whole night, Naina writes down all formulas and notes for Sameer before leaving the school. Along with that, she also writes her first love letter expressing that Sameer is her first love. Since they met, he has always been helping her. When he asked her help, she’s leaving him. She’s leaving these notes and formulas.. maybe that will keep her in his memory.

In morning, her friend comes to meet her. Her friend is sad as Naina is leaving. Naina gives her notes by adding love letter inside to give it to Sameer.

Family members gather to bid adieu to Naina. Naina is more sad because she has to leave Sameer. Just then call comes from her new school who informs them that Naina’s admission is cancelled because they never received her admission form. Tauji scolds Naina’s dad for not doing a simple work properly. Chachaji consoles Naina saying school where she’s studying now is also a very good school..maybe this is some kind of message from the God.

Later, when Naina is alone, she dances and celebrates. In flashback, it’s shown that Sameer and his friends went to post box to remove letter that his friends posted for Arjun. First they took out wrong letter and that was Naina’s admission letter. Instead putting it back inside, Sameer’s friend threw it away seeing postman running to them. Naina happily puts her clothes back inside.

Next day, Chachiji taunts Naina’s dad for not even posting a letter properly. Chachaji says they will try again for Naina’s admission. Naina is all smiling, lost in Sameer’s thoughts.

In night, Naina goes back to the plant and takes out Sameer’s picture.

Next day, Naina’s dad informs everyone about his promotion in school. Chachiji and Taiji are surprised. Tauji and Chachaji are happy.

In school, Sameer is tensed how he will become head boy. Naina comes running and tells Sameer that she can teach him now. She’s not leaving this school. Sameer is happy. Naina says they will start from today. They plan to meet in library. Sameer goes. Sameer’s friends tell Naina that they have to make Sameer head boy and they never thank anyone, but they will thank her once he becomes head boy. They leave. Naina’s friend comes and is happy to see her. She informs that she already gave notes to Sameer. Naina thinks Sameer must not have read love letter otherwise he would have reacted differently. She now has to steal love letter from Sameer.

Naina comes to library. Her dad stops her. Naina says it’s break so she came to study. Her dad says he has to go for meeting and asks her to study only and not read magazine. Naina thinks she got so much courage because of her love. She dared to come library to teach Sameer where her father works. When she enters, Sameer throws paper rocket and it hits her. He asks whether she got hurt. She gives him her used book and asks not to waste blank papers. They sit down. She asks whether he read book that her friend gave. He says no. He takes out books and cigarette box comes out. He puts blame on his friends. Naina ignores and says they will start with biology. She was teaching something about heart. Their hands touch and Naina starts shivering. Sameer looks at her. She says she was doing practical demonstration so he can understand better. Break ends and Naina still did not manage to take love letter back. She follows Sameer and tries to take it out from his backpack. All books fall out. They both start picking up books. Naina quickly takes out love letter from book she gave and she also almost manages to note down Sameer’s landline number from his ID. She just missed last digit, but she’s hopeful that she will manage to find that out as well.

Narrator says back then, they had to remember everyone’s numbers. They didn’t have anything such as phone book or contact list.

Precap: Naina calls on number that she noted down by adding last digit and hopes to hear Sameer’s voice. She tries 1 to 8, but without any luck.
