The mishap occurred during an evening workout session when Panwar, having missed her morning run, opted for a post-pack-up jog. Amidst dim lighting and ongoing construction on the backroad of Lokhandwala, she stumbled upon an obscured stone concealed by mud, resulting in a painful fall that left her knees bruised. Undeterred, she resumed running, initially unaware of the severity of her injury.
It was only upon returning home and noticing blood from her knee that Panwar realized the extent of her fall. Demonstrating remarkable fortitude, she tended to the wound herself, embodying strength in adversity.
