The Episode starts with Armaan in a meeting, discussing business with a client. Ruhi walks in and asks for Armaan’s schedule diary on Abhira’s behalf. Armaan tells her to take it herself. In the process, Ruhi accidentally picks up Akshara’s diary, unaware of the mix-up—and neither is Abhira.
Later, as Ruhi flips through the pages, she is hit by a painful revelation: Arohi’s death was a result of her actions. The shock is too much to bear, and she suddenly experiences labor pains. Abhira sees Ruhi in distress and becomes alarmed. Meanwhile, Armaan begins to suspect that he may have left Akshara’s diary at the Goenka house and starts searching for it.
Abhira quickly contacts Armaan to update him about Ruhi’s condition. Armaan is stunned to hear about the early labor
As they head to the hospital, Armaan grows increasingly anxious, blaming himself for the situation. At the hospital, Abhira remains on edge, worried about Ruhi’s well-being. She tells Armaan that she’s still trying to understand what led to Ruhi’s sudden condition. Armaan tries to tell her the truth.
Back at the Goenka and Poddar households, Swarna, Manish, and Surekha realize that Ruhi and Abhira are both missing. When Vidya calls Manish to check on Abhira and Armaan, she learns the same. Everyone becomes concerned and tense.
Ruhi’s condition continues to decline. A nurse informs Armaan and Abhira that she is struggling. Abhira prays for both Ruhi and the unborn child’s safety. Armaan, feeling guilt-ridden, confesses to Abhira that Ruhi only learned the truth about Akshara because of his mistake. Abhira braces herself to handle the situation ahead.
As Ruhi is taken in for delivery, Armaan finds himself overwhelmed with fear and anxiety. Unable to cope with the thought of losing the baby, he walks out of the hospital. At that moment, a nurse approaches Abhira with a consent form, asking her to choose whom to save if there’s a complication—Ruhi or the baby. The question leaves Abhira shattered.
Outside, Armaan meets with an accident. Vidya receives the news and is shocked. Back inside, Ruhi pleads with Abhira to save the baby. Abhira holds her, trying to offer comfort and strength.
The Poddar and Goenka families rush to the hospital. Swarna and Vidya begin looking for Armaan, while Manish prays silently for the family’s strength. Kaveri is also seen praying for their happiness, while Manish wonders whether she still holds her earlier stance against surrogacy.
Precap: Abhira announces that they’ve been blessed with a baby girl. But the joy is short-lived as the doctor informs her that the baby isn’t breathing. Abhira is left heartbroken.
