The Episode starts with Naksh seeing the Lord idol. He writes a note to Lord to make Akshara fine. Tara tells Dada ji about Akshara’s accident and she is critical. Dada ji says we have to go hospital and asks Sangram to get car. Sangram says I won’t go, I get unwell seeing hospital. Dada ji scolds him and leaves with Tara. Sangram worries. Naksh keeps the note near Lord idol. Naitik sits sad. Akshara comes and holds him, appearing bright. She gives her hand. He holds her hand. She walks ahead of him and looks at him. She waves bye to him and goes away. Akshara disappears. A man comes to Naitik. Everyone ask him about Akshara. The man tells she is no more. They all get shocked.

The man brings a dead body. The family cries in shock. Naitik shouts Akshara. They all break down. Tara and her Dada ji comes there and are shocked. Naira says I hate you mumma, how did you do this. Naksh sits in shock. Tara cries seeing him. The man asks Naitik to move, they have to take body for post mortem. They all cry. Dadi shouts no….. Gin rahe the bas hum to………….. plays………………. Naitik goes alone and cries.

He goes to the morgue and sees her. Akshara comes to the either side of the glass door and holds her hand. He asks why did she break her promise, why did she leave him. She asks him who told him that she broke the promise, can she go leaving him. She goes away. Naitik sees the body’s hand and recognizes its not Akshara. She recalls her words and rushes back smiling.

He goes to everyone and asks them why are they crying, nothing happened to Akshara, she is fine. Bau ji asks him is he in senses. Naitik says no, come with me. They all see Akshara inside the ward. Naitik gets relieved seeing her. Everyone thank Lord and get glad seeing her. Naitik smiles. They all hold each other’s hand. Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai….. plays…………. Vishwamber says we all will go out, Naitik is here. Naitik kisses Akshara’s hand. Naksh scolds the doctor and asks how can your staff be so irresponsible. The doctor says that ward boy was confused. The ward boy apologizes and says I will lose job. Bau ji scolds him. The ward boy says the other lady name was also Mrs. Singhania. Dada ji scolds him and says its not a simple thing for parents. Bhabhimaa says we are silent as our bahu is fine, go now. The man says sorry and leaves thankfully.

Vishwambver says I felt we lost everything and now I feel we got everything. Dadi says yes, I m glad Akshara is fine. The nurse asks them to talk slowly. Bau ji wishes that lady’s soul gets peace. Devyaani says yes, and that family gets strength.

Naitik talks to Akshara and says you won today, you scared everyone, I never heard such prank, everyone were so scared, as they love you a lot. He says everyone and I love you a lot. He sees her responding and smiles. He says I m here, tell me what you want, I can’t say how much happy I m, you did not break your promise, I love you, I can’t live without you.
