The Episode starts with everyone discussing about Naksh. Akshara’s family also come to Akshara’s house with Ananya. Naksh cries. The nurse asks everyone to leave. Maa says we won’t disturb you. Maa says I won’t go leaving Naksh. Naitik says we will stay here. Maa cries and asks Naksh not to worry. Naitik asks Nandini to take care of Maa. Akshara’s mum comes to meet Maa in the hospital. Maa tells her about the surgery. Akshara explains Naksh to be courageous and undergo the surgery. Naksh cries.
Nandini says its good that Rashmi does not know about this. Nandini calms down Maa. Rukmani is tensed as Maa scolds Yash. Rukmani takes Yash’s side and blames Naksh for everything. Maa argues with Rukmani and says don’t I have the right to scold Yash,
The nurse takes Naksh with her. Akshara hugs Naitik. Akshara cries and sees Naksh. Everyone pray for Naksh. The doctor comes. Akshara requests them to take care of Naksh. The surgery starts. Everyone waits outside. The surgery ends and the doctor says everything is fine. He says you can meet him and can take him to your house today itself. Everyone are relieved. Bhabhimaa is tensed and tells Sudha that Naksh’s operation was successful. Dadda ji and Bauji see Naksh came home. Dadda ji hugs Naksh. Maa sees Rukmani. Dadda ji asks Naitik why is Naksh looking unwell. Naitik says he will be fine in some time. Yash says sorry. Naksh says its not your mistake, I m fine. Everyone smiles.
Rukmani tells Nandini now we should leave. Akshara’s family is discussing about Naksh. Ananya tells Naksh is a super boy. Shaurya asks her to explain Naksh. Anshu asks about the clients. Sahurya looks at Varsha. Maa says Bhabhimaa we will keep the Mata jagran at home, Naksh got saved today. Dadda ji says don’t be superstitious. He explains Maa. Naitik says Naksh did not tell us thinking we will scold him. He says I was also like him. He says I will talk to Naksh and Yash. They both were saving each other, they love each other a lot, as they are very close. He says I feel good seeing their love. Naitik gets a message and says oh….
Naitik says I have so much work pending. He says I will leave for office now. Akshara says shall I come with you. He says we can’t leave Naksh alone. Maa comes and Akshara tells her that I was thinking I would help him. Maa says I m with Naksh. Akshara says I will change and come. Varsha is sad as she made the deal fail. Shaurya comes to her and tries to change her mood. He talks to Varsha. She says sorry. He says its ok. She says its not ok, I know you are doing this for me, but I know my mistake. Akshara and Naitik are working in the office. Akshara calls Maa and asks about Naksh. Maa asks her not to worry, as she will make them talk. Akshara says I will end the work and go home.
Maa and Bhabhimaa do the arrangements for the jagran. Maa praises Akshara. Naksh wakes up and does not see Akshara and asks where she is. Maa and Bhabhimaa go to him. Maa says eat something now. Naksh insists to call Akshara and cries. Bhabhimaa says she went to office. Bhabhimaa asks Maa to call Akshara. Maa calls Akshara and says Naksh got up and is asking you. Naksh talks to her and cries. Akshara asks him not to cry. Akshara tells Naitik that she has to leave now. Akshara forgets her phone at office. Akshara’s family explains Shaurya that Varsha should not feel bad. They ask Shaurya to tell Varsha that they are proud of her. Varsha hears them and feels bad.
Naksh is waiting for Akshara and crying. Bau ji asks him to drink water. Naitik comes home and asks Naksh why is he crying. Naksh asks where is Akshara. Naitik says she left before me. Naitik says how did she not come till now and gets worried.
