The Episode starts with Nandini asking Akshara to check baby at night, he may have fever. Rukmani says I m here, don’t worry. Akshara says yes, aunty and we all are here, don’t worry, he is fine. She sees Nandini much worried and leaves. Shaurya says Nani loved me and Akshara a lot, we did not think she will leave us so soon. Kaki says Akshara is very sad. Dadi says yes, she is hiding her pain from them. Omi says she is handling her family. Dadi says she did the same at Gayatri’s death, she never steps back from her responsibility. Varsha says Karishma helped Akshara. Shaurya says she is not working well and skipping work. They all say she is married now, and her work at home has increased. He says but commitment has to be there, I lost my Nani but I m still working, she ignore
Everyone make the sleeping arrangements. Akshara gives Naitik his night suit and he kisses her. She pushes him and he smiles. Muskaan and Karishma say she wants to sleep on the folding bed. Rashmi says give me chance to become elder sister, as I was youngest here. Akshara says no, I will sleep on the folding bed, you all sleep on the bed. Raman says its unique that we three are together. Devyaani says if Rajshri was here, it would have been more great. Rama asks where is she. Devyaani says Akshara said her parents went somewhere. Bhabhimaa says I m missing Gayatri and reminds Rama that they went to stay in small house, and they slept like this, when Akshara was pregnant. Devyaani looks on.
Mohit tells Naitik that lets play video game. Naman smiles and joins them. Akshara calls Rajshri and asks how is everyone there. Rajshri starts crying. Akshara says I know you are not getting sleep. Rajshri says person leaves and just leaves memories with us. They talk about Nani and cry. Akshara sings the lullaby for her. Rajshri falls asleep hearing Akshara. Naitik comes to Akshara and she shares her pain. He hugs her and consoles. They hear the baby crying. Akshara says I will see. They go to see the baby and see Nandini and Rukmani sleeping. They take care of the baby and play. They make the baby sleep, and recall their baby and a happy family with Naksh and little baby. Kuch to wo humsa hoga……………plays…………….. They smile.
Its morning, Akshara discusses the menu. With Bhabhimaa. Karishma says she will help them. Akshara asks her to go office. Devyaani says she can’t go when everyone is at home. Nandini comes and asks where is my baby. Mohit has the baby. Akshara notices Nandini. Nandini says I won’t go to doctor, as baby can need me. Bau ji says call doctor at home. Karishma serves everyone tea. Rukmani likes it and says you will make tea from me from today. Devyaani and Naman smile. Devyaani says Karishma and Rukmani became friends, its great. Akshara says yes, we should praise Karishma. Bhabhimaa says it looks good when family is together.

Naksh says he wants to play with baby. Akshara says go and study, sometimes we have to be away from loved ones for their good. Naksh goes with Yash. Naitik worries seeing Nandini. Shaurya says Karishma wants leave even today, work is suffering. Varsha asks him not to worry. Dadi says Karishma has work at home. Shaurya says but office work is not a joke. Anshu says all work pressure is on Shaurya. Varsha says I m afraid he can say something to Karishma. The doctor checks Nandini and the baby.
Nandini asks is baby fine, as he is premature and can breathing problem. The doctor says nothing like that. Nandini says he is looking yellow, does he have jaundice. The doctor says no, he is perfect, don’t worry. Rajshri and Vishwamber come home. Rajshri says I know Maa you might be feeling like I felt when Gayatri died, I can understand. They hug and cry. Dadi explains her that its Lord’s decision and we can’t do anything. Dadi says have food, freshen up, and you have to go to Akshara’s home too. Natiik asks doctor about Nandini’s behavior.

The doctor tells about PPD –Postpartum depression, she is worrying about baby, make her sure that everything is fine, don’t give her any stress. Akshara says we have to give love and support to Nandini and explain everyone about this. They tell this to everyone. Rukmani says its strange thing, I have not heard such thing till now. Bhabhimaa asks Akshara to talk to Nandini. Rukmani says she stays like mad all the time. Everyone is shocked. Mohit defends Nandini. Rukmani says I can understand worry, what Nandini is doing is strange, I will talk to her. Mohit asks Akshara to talk. Akshara stops Rukmani and asks her to come with her, then do what she feels right.
Rukmani sees Nandini sleeping and takes the baby. Akshara says this happened with me at the time of my abortion, I was in depression, I was getting angry on small things. I have troubled everyone and it became fine in some days. Rukmani says its madness. Akshara says no, its not madness, it’s a phase of life, she will be fine as hormones balances with time, we should not tell Nandini. Rukmani says I will do what I should, I will keep the baby away from Nandini, you explain Nandini. They get worried.
Bhabhimaa asks Akshara what did she do, will Rukmani not give baby to Nandini. Aksgara says no, I will try again. Bhabhimaa says no need, she will take baby to her home. Akshara gets sad. Bhabhimaa leaves annoyed.
