The Episode starts with Naksh coming home being upset. Akshara and Bhabhi welcome him but he is annoyed. He goes to his room. The staff asks Naitik about Naksh having sugar, and tell him that its not a small disease and makes a boy weak. Naitik says we can manage still. Akshara laughs seeing Naksh. She cares for him. Muskaan brings hot food for Naksh and they make him smile. Naksh does not have food. Akshara cries seeing his rude behavior. Naman gets a message and says thanks mum but its very less, I have to do something else. Suresh calls Naman.
He asks did his problem solve. Naman says yes, mum has sent it. Suresh says good, its good she helped you, she has to manage your expenses till you are there. Suresj gets angry as she has taken his children and says see what I do
Naksh argues with Dadda ji and says I will win always. Dadda ji says yes I know, you love football. Naksh becomes sad. Bhabhimaa looks on. Akshara comes and looks at their argument. Naksh asks Akshara to give him injection and she gives. Dadda ji looks on and laughs saying now I agree you are brave. They resume playing. Akshara says Naksh will not take it again. Bhabhimaa says shall we tell Dadda ji. Akshatra says no, its of no use, he will forget.
Anshu says I heard our chefs are going on leave. Shaurya says we went to city mall and you got some chefs. Rajshri asks did anyone ask about Naksh, just work. Vishwamber leaves. Omi says he has asked many people about Naksh’s medical help, he asked us not to talk about him so that you will worry. Rajshri realizes her mistake. Bua ji says shall we go to see circus. Bhabhimaa says yes. Naksh is still upset. Bau ji says no, we will go where Naksh wants.
They try to make him happy. Akshara says I made this special dish for Naksh. Naitik says I also want it. Akshara says no, its only for Naksh, sorry to everyone. She asks Naksh to taste it. Naksh eats it and does not like it. Akshara also eats with him. Naitik feels bad seeing them. Naksh and Akshara eat the tasteless food. Naksh leaves the food. Akshara asks did we do any mistake. Naitik says no, we are doing this for his health.
Akshara says we are not thinking about Naksh’s happiness. Naitik says we can play with him. Devyaani says first ask his doctor. Akshara says I want Naksh to be happy, he is staying silent. Naitik says lets try doing this, maybe it will work on him.Rajshri comes to Vishwamber and brings food for him. She apologizes to him. Its morning, Naksh wakes up and comes in the hall. He sees a football and ignores it. He sees many and then sees his family wishing to play with him.
Everyone play with him and Naksh gets some interest. Naksh cries and says I wanted to play for school, but not with you all, no one loves me. He runs and Muskaan goes after him. Akshara cries and says Naksh is not seeing our worry. Bau ji asks her not to blame herself. Devyaani also pacifies her. Muskaan comes to talk to Naksh. Naksh feels his parents made him leave the school football team. He says they don’t worry about me. Muskaan explains him and hugs him.
Everyone discuss about Dadi. Anshu says I got this racket. Shaurya says Mohit gave this. Ananya says she will play with Anshu. They talk about the importance of sports. Anshu plays with Shaurya. Naitik and Akshara try to make Naksh smile. Naksh looks upset. Akshara feels bad.
