The Episode starts with Naitik telling Akshara that Nani has passed away. She is shocked and says how can this happen, I spoke to Maa, she did not tell me, they would have called me. He says Ratan called on your mobile and told this. She says dad and mum did not come here, it means they have gone there. She starts crying and says Nani. Naitik hugs her and consoles. He says I told you as you had right to know this, please call Maa, she has lost her mum, and we know the pain. Naitik calls Rajshri. Rajshri says congrats, you became Mama. Naitik reminds her that she does not act well. She asks what do you mean. He says you could not come, but we could have come, why did you not tell this. She asks how do you know. He says Ratan Mama called me, I m so sorry. She says don’t tell anything
Akshara asks why not, why did you not tell me anything. Rajshri cries and says everyone is happy there. Vishwamber says we can’t do anything, but don’t tell anyone at home, as everyone is happy. Akshara and Naitik understand and ask them not to worry. Akshara asks Rajshri to cry and not keep anything in heart. Rajshri asks Akshara not to cry and not tell anyone, that sadness also came with happiness. Akshara says fine, I will not tell anyone.
Muskaan calls Alok and wishes happy new year. She says Nandini gave birth to a son. He says congrats. She says thanks. He asks where is everyone, I will say congrats. She says all elders have gone to hospital, just me and kids are at home. They talk about being at home and bored. They laugh. Dadda ji comes with everyone and smiles saying I became Nana. Naitik says yes, come, I will make you see the baby. Dadda ji says first let me meet Nandini. He goes to Nandini and blesses her. He says congrats, I m very happy, more than you. She says as you became Nanu. He says no, as you became mother today. She cries happily.
He asks Rukmani here, when did she come. Rukmani says I got Nandini here, congrats. Dadda ji laughs and says show me my grandson. Muskaan gets the baby’s pic and shows everyone. She says Naitik has sent this pic. Naksh and Yash argue and the phone breaks. Akshara cries and hugs Dadi. Mohit gives tea to everyone. Rukmani gives money to nurse. The doctor asks her not to do this, as staff is doing their duty. Akshara says we are glad that you are promoting this. Rukmani asks can’t we express our happiness. Akshara asks her to donate the money and it will help needy people.

Dadda ji asks when will Nandini come home, I have to play with baby. Rukmani says Nandini will come to my home, I will send her after two months. Dadda ji asks why, our home is also hers. Rukmani says yes, but its Maayka, she will come with us, I was waiting for this day. He says even I was waiting. She says we have first right on baby. Bhabhimaa says its not like that. Dadda ji says we also have right, baby will come to our house first, and gets angry. He starts coughing. Naitik asks him not to get angry, its not good for health. Rukmani agrees and thinks she has decided this after thinking, as Mohit is taking to her now and she does not wish to annoy him. Mohit says I will get Nandini home, you all go.
Bau ji says call us if you need anything. Mohit says yes, thanks, and happy new years. He hugs Naitik. Its morning, Dadda ji and everyone come home. Naksh and Yash ask about baby. Akshara says they have to stay in hospital for two days, in doctor’s care. They say we will care for baby and fight. Muskaan says my phone broke because of their fight. They say we want to meet baby today. Naitik says you can’t go, meet when baby comes home. They get annoyed. Naitik likes the decorations and asks who did this. Muskaan says it was Karishma’s idea and we all helped her. Bhabhimaa says Nandini will be happy seeing this, thanks Karishma.
Devyaani says new year has come and brought happiness, Karishma did good work. Akshara says yes, Karishma is good. Devyaani says she is going on you, as you are very good. Karishma gets irked. Akshara and Naitik come to the kids and see them angry and annoyed. They tell the kids that if they get ill, they can’t play with baby, and they have left baby to doctor. She says do something special for the baby. They leave. Naksh and Yash fight for color paper. Akshara cries and says I don’t know how is Maa. He hugs her.
Rukmani shows the baby to Nandini. Nandini cries seeing her son. Rukmani pacifies her. Mohit says let her cry, she is getting big happiness. Naksh and Yash paint on baby nappies. Bhabhimaa likes it. They ask whose one is better. She says both and leaves. Yash and Naksh argue again, and start fighting. They spoil each other’s work. Everyone come there. Naitik asks them to apologize to each other and not fight. Akshara says you both are brothers are baby, one more baby will be coming, if you fight like this, what will the baby say. Naksh and Yash apologize to each other. Akshara says lets give them punishment. Karishma says let it be. Akshara says they have to paint all nappies. The kids get glad. Bhabhimaa says you did good by ending their fight. Akshara says yes, relations are strong. Naitik says Didi will bring baby home tomorrow. They smile.
