The Episode starts with Akshara being worried. She checks the net and comes to know that baby in womb can get diabetics too. She calls Naitik. Naitik is happy and talks to Mohit about being father again. He asks him how is he feeling. Mohit says I became Papa before but this is different, to see him growing today and talking to the face I have never seen. Naitik and Mohit have a laugh. He gets Akshara’s call. She says she is in hospital. He asks why. Rajshri cleans the pots to send pickles for Akshara. Jasmeet says make for us too. Rajshri says give us good news, I will make it for you. Rajshri says she will take care of Akshara this time.
Akshara comes to the clinic and sees Diabetics board. Naitik comes to her. They go for checkup. The kids have a talk about being big brothers
Bhabhimaa tells Devyaani that she will send few things to temple. Rajshri and Kaki come there with the pickles. She says she will make few things later. Devyaani says she can also make it, Rajshri says no, I will make it as I know Akshara more. Devyaani feels bad. Naksh talks to Naitik and Akshara after the school hours. He says what he likes and asks them to order the same for the baby. Akshara eats choc icecream being not worried about diabetics. He says I m glad you are not worried.

She says yes, I will take care of baby now. Chanda comes late again. Varsha scolds her. Chanda says she has family, and got late. Jasmeet says its fine, come on time from tomorrow. Varsha gets annoyed. Chanda tells her Nanand to come with her, have food here and go. Akshara feels hungry and thinks what to eat. She drinks water and eats chocs. She gets Nandini’s call. Nandini asks about her health. Akshara says she is fine. They talk about pregnancy. Nandini asks is she afraid. Akshara says no. Nandini says its first time for her.
Akshara asks how is Yash. Nandini says he asks when will I get more fat, I m feeling odd. She says she joined online pregnancy group and they give all info, you also join it. Akshara says forward me the link. Naitik hears Akshara saying she liked something in restaurant and it ended, my heart is stuck in it. He thinks. Rajshri tells Vishwamber says she will do the best for Akshara’s baby. He says someone else can have dreams, take care of this, Devyaani has taken Gayatri’s place and don’t forget she will also have wishes. She says did I stop her, she can do what she wants. Akshara does not like the food. Naksh says have food, else baby will be hungry. Bhabhimaa asks what she wants. Akshara says the dish. Naitik smiles.
Naitik asks Akshara to sleep. She says she will end the book and sleep. He insists and makes her rest. He says he is going and will work in hall. She says the meeting is next week. Naitik shows Muskaan the recipe of that dish and asks Chitti to make it. Akshara waits for Naitik. Naitik says this will be done in 5mins. Akshara sees him coming. She lies on the bed and acts like resting.
He comes with coffee. She asks you are having coffee? He says yes. She gets annoyed and turns. He then shows the surprise dish that she wanted to have. He makes her eat. She smiles and eats the food. She does not like taste but eats a lot, not letting Naitik eat it. He tastes it and says chee, its very bad. She says don’t call this bad, my husband made it. He says I m sorry. She says shopkeeper adds taste, not love. She eats it and loves it. He says please, no need to have it, I will get something else. She says no, I will have this. She says she does not have money, but will give him prize. She kisses him and he asks for more.
Everyone sleep and someone rings the bell in wee hours. Devyaani says don’t know who is it, who came at this time. Akshara and Naitik also wake up. She asks who can it be at this time. Naitik goes to see. Devyaani gets sprain and Bau ji worries for her. He says you sit, I will see. Bhabhimaa wakes up too and goes out. Chitti opens the door and everyone come out to see who came. Naitik asks Akshara to walk slowly. Chitti asks who are you. They see a family.
