The Episode starts with Naitik talking to Akshara about Naksh’s health. She says we have to follow what the teacher said. Naitik says we will go to doctor and take his advice. She says yes, that would be better. Ananya and Yash come to them and greet them. Ananya says don’t worry, we will take care of Naksh. Muskaan talks to Naksh as he waits for his parents. Muskaan diverts his mind. Devyaani and Bhabhimaa see this and appreciate what Muskaan is doing for Naksh.
Dadi tells Anshu that she will also come with him. Everyone in the family are worried about Naksh, whether he can play or not. Muskaan says ask the doctor. Akshara says we have asked him, he said Naksh can’t play. Naksh comes and asks what did the teacher say. Naitik says they have praised you a lot and asked you
Akshara asks Naitik why did he lie to Naksh. Naitik says I know, his heart would have broken, I can’t see him sad, how should I explain him, he is so young. Naksh comes home and argues with Akshara. She says I want to play football and no one is playing. Anshu comes with Rajshri and says we will play with you. Naksh becomes glad. Naksh plays with Anshu. Anshu tries to make Naksh’s focus good. Everyone talk about Naksh. Akshara cries and talks to Rajshri.
Rajshri gives her strength and asks her to have hope as everything will be fine. Shaurya, Omi and Vishwamber are all upset because of Naksh and talk about him. Bau ji talks to his friend and asks him to tell about any good doctor. Everyone get worried about Naksh. Ananya and Yash come to meet Naksh. The kids spend some time together and make Naksh happy. Nandini and Raashmi also come to meet Naksh.
Everyone try to make Naksh have the constraint food. They make him feel that its very tasty but he does not like it. He says he will still have it as he has to become strong. Everyone smile. The kids start playing and the elders clap. The kids find the hidden gifts in the hall. Naitik talks to Akshara and asks Naksh to have injection. He refuses and gets angry on everyone. Akshara says please agree. Naitik says no and cries. Ananya and Yash stop him and encourage him. Everyine sing a song to make him agree.
Akshara asks Naksh to sit and asks him to take the injection. Naitik asks Naksh to be a brave boy. Akshara gives him the injection but he runs. An old man comes to meet the kids. Naksh says he will have kulfi. Yash and Ananya eat the kulfis. Naitik stops Naaksh from eating kulfi. Naksh feels bad as he is unable to eat anything he likes. Akshara cries feeling helpless.

Naksh talks to other kids. Naitik, Mohit and Muskaan looks on. The kids tell him that he is not in football team. Naksh is shocked.
