The Episode starts with Naira refusing for surgery. Kartik asks her to open the door. She passes the phone and asks him to see video. He cries seeing it. She cries and asks how can I forget you, I was afraid for this, I didn’t remember anything, when I remembered, I literally died, I don’t want to die every day, its better that I die once. He says listen, after surgery…. She says there will be many complications, I don’t want it, I want to be with you. He says be strong, open the door. She says we will run away from this surgery and hospital. He says we have run a lot, we will face the situation together and fight. She cries. He says surgery will happen, matter ends here. They cry. Yeh rishta….plays…. She opens the door. He hugs her. The man gives gangajal to everyone.
Naksh gets juice for Kirti. Kirti says sorry. He asks are you okay. She says yes. He asks are you thinking about Naira’s surgery. She says yes, but I m not tensed, no one can harm Kartik and Naira when they are together, does a pregnant lady’s wish get fulfilled soon, a lady told me that a pregnant lady’s wish also have wish of her baby. Kids keep a letter for Lord. Doctor comes to Naira. He asks her to relax. He says I just came to see you, you two are interesting. Kartik says we were half mad before, then we met and got completely mad. Doctor says I have my diet’s cheat day tomorrow, I will have sweets. He asks Naira to come for routine tests. Naira asks why. He says not MRI, normal tests. Kartik asks doctor to do his surgery also, to make him rid of her fear. She says it was bad PJ and smiles. Dadi asks Naitik do you have headache, I will massage. He says no, it will get fine. She says you are like Manish and Akhilesh for me. She massages his head. Rajshri and Devyaani talk how time changes.
