The Episode starts with Naitik talking to his lawyer to keep trying for Akshara. Naitik calls home and keeps them updated. He calls Mohit and tells him that the lawyer is trying and he will bring Akshara home soon. Naitik thanks the Lord. Maa and Bhabhi Maa also thank the Lord and get happy. Naksh says Mumma will come home before her birthday. The lawyer asks can we take Akshara home, Naitik apologizes to them. Naitik says we are ready to pay the fine, they say not so soon. Naitik and Shaurya gets worried. Naitiks ays can I meet my wife once, they say no.
Akshara is tensed. Naitik says her birthday is in four hours. Let me take her home. They say we will wish her on your behalf. Shaurya talks with the lawyer. Naitik gets sad.
He sees Akshara from the window
A sad title song plays in the background. Naitik leaves from there. Naitik asks the lawyer, the lawyer says they are shifting Akshara and one lady officer will be there with her. The lawyer leaves. Naitik asks Shaurya to leave. Shaurya says you also come. Naitik says no, I will stay here. Shaurya leaves. Everyone are waiting for Akshara at home. Naksh asks Varsha to make a cake for Akshara. Shaurya comes home alone. Naksh asks him where is Akshara. They say Shaurya. Shaurya says she is not with me. Everyone are shocked. Shaurya says they did not allow her to come with me. Naksh cries and says I want my mum.
Akshara is brought to other hall and asked to take rest. Akshara is sad without her family. She cries. Naitik is in his car, awake. Everyone at home are sad too. Naitik thinks about Akshara. Its 12 am, and Naitik says happy birthday Akshara. Naksh and everyone wait for Akshara anxiously. Akshara says thank you Naitik and everyone. She says I know everyone might be wishing me from there by their hearts.
The next morning, Naitik is still in his car. Akshara talks with some lady and asks her to allow her to leave. The lady says sorry, I cannot. Naksh is waiting for Akshara. Everyone are praying for Akshara. Ananya says Akshara will come soon. Akshara’s dad goes to see Akshara. The IT officials wish Akshara happy birthday, she thanks them. She asks them to begin the questioning. Everyone are waiting for Akshara. Naksh is planning for Akshara. Everyone start decorating the house and doing the birthday arrangements, while the questioning is going on. Naitik says its afternoon, what are they asking her.
Everyone lie to Dadda ji that Akshara went with Naitik for some work. Naitik is asked to leave as it will take more time. Naitik argues with them saying Akshara is innocent. They ask everyone to leave. Naitik says I won’t go anywhere. He says how can I go without Akshara. Everyone might be thinking I will bring Akshara with me. How will I answer them. Everyone have finsihed the arrangements and are waiting for Akshara. Shaurya and others come here without Akshara and Naitik. Naksh asks where is mumma, did she come. Bau ji says no. Everyone are tensed. Akshara’s dad says we don’t know, maybe they will leave her today or tomorrow. Maa says what is her mistake, that they kept Akshara.
Naitik is called inside the department. He rushes. The IT officer say we have finished questioning, and ask him to pay the fine. They ask him to sign the papers and take Akshara. Naitik gets happy. Naitik thanks them. They apologize to Naitik. Akshara comes out and sees Naitik and hugs him. They both get happy.
