The Episode starts with Naira making an excuse and going out. Kartik wakes up Kairav. They talk to Dadi and all. Kartik asks Kairav to go to washroom now. He goes to show Naira and Akshara. Dadi asks Naira to plan for Kairav’s birthday, and send them photos. Kartik finishes the call soon. Kairav comes downstairs. Naira runs away. Kartik hugs Kairav and asks him to have breakfast. Kirti says Gayu, you are separating kids also. Gayu argues. Kirti says Krish and Vansh want to plan a surprise for Kairav’s birthday, you have an issue with this. Gayu says yes, when Vansh grows up, he will realize this and get hurt. She gets rude and goes. Manish looks on. Naira hears old audio of Kairav. Kartik comes and says Kairav is on video call with Riddhima. She asks are you sure about it. He says yes. She says I thought Kairav’s anger will end if we stay away, then he will miss me. He says I told you that staying separated isn’t a solution. She says I feel guilty when I see him scared, we managed it with difficulty, you got Riddhima for this reason right. She says you are working a lot, you came home late and going early now, you take care of yourself, stay at home. He says I can’t stay at home, I miss Kartik, I couldn’t do anything when my son left, Vansh’s beg broke and Kairav had to go, I was so helpless. She says don’t blame yourself. Vansh thinks sorry Kairav, I was scared and broke bro code. Krishna says you miss Kairav right. Vansh says a lot. Krish says we will ask Kartik to make the party great. Krishna says I will pray that Naira and Kairav’s day goes well. Kartik comes on the terrace. Naira surprises him. She dances on Kamli song. She says we have become parents, but aren’t we Kartik and Naira. Kartik says no, we are Kaira. Kartik smiles and sits watching her. He sees a cake for him. She wishes him. He hugs her. Yeh rishta….plays….. He asks this other cake. She says its for Kairav, but….. She says we became parents on this day, so happy mothers day. She says happy fathers day. He says we will cut the cake. She asks without Kairav. He says no, with Kairav. He shows Kairav sleeping. They wish Kairav and cut the cake. He asks will you come, how. She says yes, but I didn’t think of any idea yet. They hug.
