Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 2nd May 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Kaveri telling Abhira that Armaan is being cautious with Pookie because he wants to be a good father. Abhira takes this personally and feels that Kaveri is implying she isn’t a good mother and therefore unfit to carry the baby. She questions Kaveri about her stance on surrogacy and why she encouraged her to keep working. Abhira directly asks if Kaveri thinks she is a bad mother.
In response, Kaveri points out that Abhira is judging her parenting when her own relationships are strained—Madhav doesn’t speak to her, Manoj has filed a complaint, and Kajal is afraid of her. Abhira continues to press for an answer. Kaveri says that Abhira’s child will be like her—talkative, stubborn, but also courageous. She advises Abhira to stop overanalyzing and concentrate on preparing for the veneration ceremony.
Later, Abhira comes across videos Armaan made about the baby. She realizes that he is scared and overwhelmed about becoming a father. She regrets not understanding him sooner and decides to be more supportive and patient. She makes up her mind to face the upcoming responsibilities with him as a team.
Armaan reflects on his issues with Abhira and Krish. Abhira tries to lighten his mood, but he doesn’t respond. At the Goenka house, Manish attempts to lift Kiara’s spirits. Swarna and Surekha ask Kiara to feed them sweets before the fast. Kiara refuses to go to the Poddar house to avoid Charu but still gives sweets to Swarna, Surekha, and Manish. Swarna and Surekha decline to take sweets from Abhir. Kiara supports him, but Abhir says he doesn’t want anyone to stand up for him.
The Poddars begin their rituals. Abhira and Armaan share sweets and talk about observing the fast. Abhir encourages Charu to take a step forward. Charu feels unsure but he tells her she needs to make a decision soon.
Armaan takes a photo, and both Ruhi and Abhira notice him. He quietly wonders if he and Abhira will be able to co-parent successfully. Ruhi senses the unease and asks them to join her.
At the Goenka house, everyone is surprised to see Charu. Abhir welcomes her, but Kiara questions why she’s there. Charu tries to explain, but Kiara interrupts. Manish says letting Charu in would be crossing a line.
Ruhi gives Abhira and Armaan a task—if they are unsure about working together for Pookie, they can try by pampering Daksh. Armaan asks Abhira to promise that they’ll focus only on Pookie and not get involved in issues with either family. Abhira refuses to make that promise.

Abhira seriously has zero self respect..she is another anupamaa..charu pata nai kya kar rahi..Kiara ki v koi self respect nai..kaisi aurat hai ye sab is season me
Why is Armaan so worry about parenthood? Did Rohit worried like him? Is becoming a parent only happens to him? Put the world asides, there are many first time parents in India, are they paranoid as him? If everyone is like Armaan there won’t be any married couple thinking of starting a family!! When people married the next thing is to start a family and then… so on n so forth isn’t it the norm? Armaan is just ridiculously nonsense!! Like I said before, he is just giving excuses to damp Abhira so that he can be with Ruhi to start his family with her, Darsh n Pookie! That’s it!!
His great grandfather, his grandfather his father were they as afraid of becoming a good father or not before they became one, Is Madhav a good father? Is Sanjay a good father? You have to become one to know whether you can be a good father or not! Not to worry before your child is born and blaming your wife that she can’t be a good mother, if that is so then everyone will have to consider the woman you marry is going to be a good mother or not before marrying her?? Right?
Come on Charu, get your love!! Send Kiara packing.
And Abhira needs to be dragged through the mud for letting Ruhi be her surrogate. Having kids is not the end all for a woman. Sad that she has made it her identity.
