Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 29th August 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Armaan requests Kaveri and Vidya to put aside their constant bickering, at least for two days, as he needs their support. Curious, Vidya asks why specifically two days. Armaan explains that within this time, he will bring Abhira back home. Until then, Abhira wants them to keep Myra cheerful in her absence.
Just then, Myra notices them whispering and questions why they are huddled together. Quick on her feet, Kaveri claims they’re speaking closely because Vidya has a hearing problem. This sparks yet another spat between Kaveri and Vidya, but Armaan smartly diverts Myra’s attention by helping her organize her books. Kaveri proudly boasts of her expertise, and eventually, the trio—Armaan, Vidya, and Kaveri—decide to assist Myra together.
Meanwhile, Geetanjali plans to meet Myra, but Manisha stops her, worried that Geetanjali might reveal Abhira’s truth. Determined, Manisha resolves to keep watch over Geetanjali at all times.
Elsewhere, Kiara struggles badly with withdrawal symptoms. She pleads with her dealer for a smaller dose of drugs, but he refuses, telling her to find someone else if she doesn’t trust him. Desperate, Kiara begs him not to cut her off, promising to arrange the money soon. Her condition worsens as she battles the withdrawal.
Back at home, Myra wishes to call Abhira. Armaan realizes Abhira’s phone is with Manisha. When Geetanjali unexpectedly answers the call, Manisha quickly intervenes and saves the situation. Later, Manisha confronts Geetanjali directly, questioning if Armaan truly married Abhira willingly. Her doubt deepens as she wonders if Armaan was forced into marriage. Geetanjali, unable to respond, leaves silently, making Manisha even more convinced of her suspicion.
Myra, in her innocence, explores Armaan and Abhira’s room. She curiously asks Armaan why he hasn’t married Abhira yet. Armaan gently replies that marriage isn’t necessary for happiness—they can be content together regardless.
Later, Myra remembers she needs a costume for her school’s first day. Armaan hands her a special outfit that Abhira had ordered earlier. When Myra sees the lawyer’s attire, her face lights up. She fondly remembers Abhira and insists on speaking with her, but once again, Armaan makes an excuse. Missing Abhira dearly, Myra asks Armaan to sleep beside her. He refuses, saying he has important work, but reassures her that she can come to the study room if she feels restless.
The following morning, Armaan prepares eagerly for Myra’s school debut. His plans take a jolt when he spots Geetanjali near Myra. She asks him not to send Myra to school. Armaan stands firm, saying he and Abhira have already made this decision. Geetanjali admits she cannot interfere in Myra’s upbringing but asserts she still has the right to choose her own husband.
Finally, Myra dresses up proudly as a lawyer for her school’s profession day. Once again, she wishes to speak with Abhira, but Armaan evades her request. Watching Myra’s excitement, Geetanjali feels the little girl truly needs a mother’s presence and decides to attend her school program. Unaware of these events, Abhira waits with Abhir, excited to witness Myra’s big first day.

Two things in today’s episode: at least the TMOOBB is going to school, I thought she was gonna be myra from 2c til she was 35.
Secondly, I’ll have the drugs kiara is on, her overacting had convinced me that 9 little packets are worth the torment at an empty water bottle, here we go with the mishandled drug plot, at least do the research and show a lead up or root cause. You watch udta punjab one time and think Coc*ine has this effect, poor poor weak writers
@GeeGee you have patience to continue watching this flaming garbage pile… all itv serials suck currently except Jagriti, they were doing something stupid initially but they ended that dumb plot quick now they are back to the lead pair being badass together and actually talking about things like consent and delaying having kids until they have financial stability which are small logical things but shocking when in an itv serial, usually the FL gets knocked up in the first go then they part and she has her baby in vanwas. Writers at DKP don’t understand relative characters they make these long suffering women addicted to abuse like tragedypama and Crybhira
In honesty, I only watch because I have no control over the TV and the elderly parent is entertained by it, mind you I’ve given up on all others
You and your comment both sucks.
Grammatically excellent, well done George
what a stupid story , when will they end the serial…disgusting plots…no reasons why krish turned into villian , kiara is meaningless to get drug addicted….geethanjali another joker shown trying her that she owns myra always…tanya cant hurt a 7 year old girl but talking such a truth..maybe she is also hurt…for losing her brother..but u cant compare her grief with 7 year old girl…what nonsense is this…she is really fatty in her mind and…..bugging all the times..as if she has only problems….krish looks like a joker in coat suit…..lanky tall but he does not fit in coat suit…sanjay phupsha is supposed to be greater lawyer than armaan…but now he is not shown any cases at all..makers please end abhira’s grief, she truly deserves a better life…if being honest and good ….is it a criminal offence…that is how this serial shows always evil triumps over good…makers please show positiveness with good people and evil should always be shown that they will get punishment by nature….
These writers only like to write Negativity that misleading about family life.
