The Episode starts with everyone asking Bhabhimaa to have food. Bhabhimaa says yes, I m feeling hungry today, Swami ji said Dadda ji will be fine, I have to take care of him. Akshara cries seeing Bhabhimaa’s hope and says that Dadda ji is not getting fine. Bhabhimaa shouts Akshara and scolds her. Akshara says Dadda ji has machines which says about his surviving chances. Bhabhimaa asks her to shut up and says she knows nothing will happen to her. Naitik says doctor is trying his best, we told him we will make efforts to take him anywhere. Bhabhimaa says why is she saying this when Swami ji said he will be fine.

She says we did not have hope for Naitik and Akshara got him home and had hope till 4 years. She says Swami ji will find some way, I will talk to him now. She goes. Akshara cries and goes to her room. Naitik pacifies her and asks her to understand that Bhabhimaa is not in good state. Akshara says I m feeling bad of her thinking, why am I not thinking like her, I scared her, she got so worried. He says we told you to tell her, so we are responsible, don’t blame yourself, we will not lose hope. She says yes, we will not let him go, he gave the responsibility to me to take care of family, I will give him back.

Rajshri says I was afraid of this, Bhabhimaa got annoyed. Vishwamber asks her not to worry. Rajshri says relations can get bad, Naitik and Bau ji should have told her. He says you should be proud of Akshara. He says if anything happens to Dadda ji then… Anshu says Akshara took right decision. Bhabhimaa tells Swami ji that she can’t leave hope. Swami ji says we can’t leave hope, it means we don’t trust Lord, doctors don’t know this. He says I m coming now. They all pray for Dadda ji. Naitik gets a message and asks Akshara to come.

He says he has to go office for sending file to client and asks her to get ready, he will drop her to hospital. Akshara tells Bhabhimaa that she is going to Dadda ji, does she have anything to say. Bhabhimaa says yes, tell him she is doing Jaap for him, Swami ji said he will be fine. Akshara meets Dadda ji and cries recalling his words. The doctor asks for Naitik and says he consulted with doctors and he has to take imp decision for Dadda ji. She says she will call Naitik. She calls Naitik and he ends call with client. She tells him to come soon as doctor is asking for him, she is tensed. He says I m just coming. She worries for Dadda ji.

Naitik is on the way and the tyre punctures. He worries and gets late. The family does the Jaap at home. Akshara calls home and asks Yash to give any elder the call. She talks to Naman and says she will call in two mins, Naitik is calling her. She tells Naitik that she will call him and goes as doctor calls her. The doctor asks her to call Naitik soon, as Dadda ji is getting attack. She calls Naitik and she asks him to come soon. He says I m coming, I will call Bau ji. He calls Bau ji and Bau ji is sitting in the Jaap and does not see the call. Dadda ji gets more serious. Akshara cries and says fine doctor, I agree.

Bhabhimaa gets a call and is shell shocked. She cries and Bau ji asks what happened. She drops the phone and sits in shock. They all ask her to say something. Naman sees the phone. Akshara comes home crying. Bhabhimaa sees her at the door and Akshara comes inside. Bhabhimaa holds her hand and looks at her angrily. She drags her outside and pushes her on the ground outside the door. Akshara asks her to listen to her. She says you died for me, don’t show me your face, we don’t have any relation now. Akshara folds hands and cries, while both families are watching this. Bhabhimaa shuts the door on her face. They all cry seeing this. Akshara sits crying outside.

The 10 year leap shows Naksh and Naira wishing Bhabhimaa happy birthday and Bhabhimaa ends call before Akshara talks. Naksh says we will meet them soon.
