The Episode starts with Akshara asking Nannu to try till he succeeds and explains him not to cry and use the time well. Dadi looks on and smiles. She says she said it right, we forget what we have in hand and lose hope so soon. She reminds Akshara what she said and asks her to be strong and try to succeed. Naitik asks Akshara to hope that they succeed and maybe they will go home soon. Dadi blesses them. Bhabhimaa applies hair oil to Naksh’s head and massages, discussing about his birthday. Naksh asks Karishma to make his birthday a good event. They all tease him and say they are very busy on that day.,
Maheshwaris wish Naksh and everyone stay forever here. Ananya asks will we go in his birthday, what will we tell him about not coming. Akshara and Naitik look and think to do
Bau ji asks Bhabhimaa about the havan plan. Karishma asks her to end it in morning, they planned a get together for Naksh. Naman says if he knows about birthday party… Bhabhimaa asks about Yash. Naman says he will come along with some of his friends. Bau ji asks about Maheshwaris and Bhabhimaa gets irked. She says no one will come from their family and scolds him for listening Devyaani.
Bhabhimaa leaves and Devyaani says sorry to him. He says no, I told this by my wish. Karishma says we should avoid this as she is not ready now. Naman says we should tell Naksh by some excuse. Naksh gets a video call from Akshara, Naitik and Naira, and she wishes him happy birthday. Naksh lies saying he is in London. She says she finds reason to call him. Naitik says happy birthday, we all miss you. Naksh says I wish you were with me here. He asks why are they sitting in darkness. They say fuse is gone and he asks Naira about her fracture. She lies and says she got hurt while watching videos and dancing. He says I m sorry, I will come soon, take care.
Nannu comes and switches on the lights. Naksh sees Mishti and rushes to close the door. He does not see them and Naira switches off lights again. Naksh asks where did Naira go. Akshara says she went to study and Naksh ends the video call. Naira asks Naitik whats going on, she can’t do this drama, its Naksh’s birthday tomorrow and she can’t wish him, she wants to meet him. He says I know, we also want to wish him.
Naitik and Akshara have a talk and are worried for Naira’s questions. Naksh goes out to see as no on wished him. Everyone surprise him by wishing together. He gets glad and thanks them. Maheshwaris also greet him on video call. He says I wish mum and dad were here. Akshara cries. Naksh thanks them for reviving his childhood memories and ends the call. He cuts the cake and everyone sings happy birthday dear Naksh.
Naira asks Akshara for an answer. Akshara says she failed, she can’t be strong now. Naksh gets a call and goes out to call. He talks to Yash and asks whats important. He can’t hear him and sees someone passing. He goes to see and asks who is there. Someone comes with a knife and Naksh turns to see, being shocked.
