The Episode starts with Sanju talking to Ananya and Naksh on conference call. Naksh asks what are they talking about now. Naksh says he is excited about his birthday, and his parents does not know he is in India. Ananya laughs and they ask why is she laughing. Ananya says nothing, why will they call, they will come to take you if they know. Naksh says I wish I celebrate my birthday with them. Sanju says you celebrate with his join family and says I will tell Ananya what happened in his last birthday. Ananya says you both fight, I will call later.

Dadi says let Akshara spend some time with Devyaani. Ananya says we should tell Naksh that they came after him, why can’t I ask him to stay here and why can’t I stay there. Dadi says you will know everything till right time comes,

wait for sometime. She asks her to trust her. Ananya says I trust you. Akshara and Naitik come home. Akshara says we have some reason which we can’t tell you now. Ananya hugs her. She says she was upset but she is fine now. She says solve the problem soon, if Naksh knows you are here and we have hidden this, he will be hurt, he loves you a lot, he always sad about you all.

Akshara cries and nods. Ananya leaves. Akshara says she is right, if we don’t solve this soon, it will not get over, we got chance to meet Bhabhimaa but we are afraid, how to face her. Naira comes and they are shocked seeing her hand fracture. Naira says chill, its minor fracture, I requested doctor to make me have plaster. Rajshri says sorry, we could not take care of him. Naira says its not their fault, I was dancing and fell. Akshara asks them not to feel guilty.

Naira asks him to fulfill her demand. Naitik asks what. Naira says I want to meet Naksh as his birthday is coming, I m missing him. Akshara says we will try, we will pray that everything gets fine. Naira says we are giving him surprise right. Its morning, Naksh comes to temple with Bhabhimaa, Devyaani and Mishti. Naksh wishes his parents to come. Devyaani sees Akshara and Naitik and smiles.

Naitik and Akshara hide from Naksh. The coconut falls and he goes to pick it. She cries and says we can’t even go near him. Naitik says don’t worry, and they stand outside. Devyaani asks Naksh to take Mishti out and make wishes. He goes. Devyaani wishes Bhabhimaa forgets everything. Bhabhimaa asks pandit ji to do puja for Naksh’s birthday. Akshara and Naitik look on and stand behind Bhabhimaa. The pandit asks for her son and bahu. Bhabhimaa says they are not here. Akshara and Naitik cry hearing this.

Bhabhimaa says she just has her grandson and granddaughter. Akshara cries. Devyaani sees her and feels bad. Akshara runs out and Naitik goes after her. Naksh talks to Naira and he asks whats going on. She asks about his birthday and they planned something for him. She says she will keep his gift. He says no way. He asks about parents. She says they are fine, I m with them. He says yes, but they will miss me, as its my birthday. Rajshri calls her and she ends the call.

Naman sees Mishti drawing. Karishma works and he says he is so happy, Mishti met Naksh after so many years, but loves so much, relations are so great, and Nandini and Akshara sorted the matter. Karishma says so many years passed. He says they came on perfect time, they can celebrate Naksh’s birthday. She says yes and reminds his last birthday. She shows her plan and he likes it. She says she will plan everything properly and it will be grand party. She says we should invite Ananya and Yash too. He says mum also wants to bring both families together.

He says we should avoid them as Bhabhimaa reacts a lot, I don’t want her to be hurt. He asks how many leaves is she taking for his birthday. Mishti shows the happy birthday card and they like it. Rajshri and everyone talk. Akshara comes home crying. Rajshri hugs her and pacifies her. Akshara says she will not pass, she can’t get happiness, Bhabhimaa will never accept them. She says Bhabhimaa said pandit ji that she does not have son and bahu, she just has grandchildren.

She says everything is over, now nothing can happen, they lost the hope. Naitik says its all over. She asks him to buy the house in cape town which he wanted. She says Bhabhimaa was one step away and we could not meet her, and what she said has broken our courage. She cries. Dadi asks her not to lose courage and be strong.
