The Episode starts with Akshu getting dizzy. She cries and prays for Manish. Suwarna and Dadi pray for Manish at home. Vansh asks Kairav to say the truth, is everything fine. Manjiri also prays. Anisha asks did this happen because of us. Manjiri says don’t think that, just pray that he gets fine. Manish is sinking. Nurse runs to get some medicine. Everyone asks is Manish fine. Anand says he is sinking. Mahima says he left his will power. Abhi injects Manish. He says come on, you can’t go like this, you have to live, I know you will be fine, fight this. Akshu sings O Maiyya ji…

Harsh says she started singing again. Anand says please shut up, music helps in increasing will power, it works. Abhi asks Manish can he hear Akshu. Akshu coughs. Abhi says come on Akshu. Everyone smiles. Akshu runs to hug him. Kairav and Aarohi hug him. Akshu also hugs him. Apnon ka saaya….plays… Kairav says I will call home. Vansh says its Kairav’s video call. Suwarna asks how is Manish. They smile. Mahima calls Manjiri and asks her to see everyone. Manjiri smiles. Suwarna thanks Abhi. Akshu and Kairav lift Abhi. They start dancing outside the OT. Yeh Rishta….plays… Manish is brought outside. Abhi says Kairav, don’t touch him, his immune system is low, he will be fine soon. Akshu says if anything happened to Manish today, then I would have never forgiven myself. Kairav hugs her. Abhi asks her not to worry, Manish will get conscious in some time. she says if you weren’t here, then don’t know what would have happened. Harsh says yes, nothing to worry if he is here, he is Birla’s very best. Anand says just he can handle the hospital after me, there is no doubt. Mahima gets angry. Anand asks everyone to relax now.
