The Episode starts with Abhi thanking Manjiri for standing for him. He says until I have you and Akshu with me, nobody can trouble me, thanks. Manjiri hugs him. Manish sees Kartik and Naira’s pic. He says Akshu does a lot for the family, don’t know what happened to her, I tried my best to keep Akshu happy, but couldn’t, forgive me. He holds his arm and falls down. Aarohi comes there and gets shocked seeing him. She calls Akshu.

Manjiri asks Akshu to answer the call. Aarohi shouts, Akshu, something happened to Bade Papa, come fast. Abhi says I was afraid for this, come fast. Harsh asks what happened, why did they leave suddenly. Manjiri says don’t know, we should pray that…. Aarohi checks Manish. Suwarna asks what happened. Aarohi says it’s a heart attack. They all get shocked. Aarohi says we have to take Manish to the hospital fast. They take Manish. Akshu asks Abhi why is he worried. Abhi says I can’t lie to you, maybe he got a heart attack. She gets shocked. He says calm down, nothing will happen to him. Akhilesh gets shocked seeing Manish. He runs to open the car door. Vansh puts Manish in the car. Harsh and Anand are on the way. Harsh gets a message. He says Manish Goenka suffered a heart attack, he is admitted in our hospital. Anand says I have a child’s surgery today. Akshu calls Vansh and asks where did Kairav take Manish. Vansh says Birla hospital. Abhi says Akshu, we will reach there soon, don’t worry. Manish thinks of Kartik and Naira. Everyone rushes Manish. Aarohi and Akshu ask for the surgeon. Harsh says Anand is busy, I m trying to arrange someone, I wish Abhi didn’t leave this hospital, I m trying, Aarohi and I can’t do this surgery, Abhi left, I m trying to arrange a doctor, take him to OT. Akshu thanks him. Harsh says look what had happened because of your love. Akshu thinks where did Abhi go.

Akshu cries for Manish and recalls her childhood. Aarohi says there are many bus accident patients, we are wasting time here. Akshu says I have faith that Manish would be fine, don’t say anything. Akhilesh asks them to stop it. Manish thinks of his family. Akshu senses Abhi and goes to see. Abhi comes there to operate Manish. Akshu goes to hug. He says don’t, I got sanitized before the surgery. She asks where were you. He says I was completing consulting doctor’s formalities, because I don’t work here anymore. Harsh says if Abhi was here, then Manish’s treatment would have not got delayed, I regret that Abhi has come back here as a consulting surgeon, when he is our best surgeon, don’t worry, now he has come, he will handle everything. Abhi asks Manish not to worry, he is there. Abhi does the surgery. Harsh says nurse said about the blood clots in the major arteries. Mahima and everyone worry. Manjiri says its good that Abhi reached there to save Manish, its his good values, I m glad that Abhi will make Manish fine. Doctor says his pulse is getting down. Abhi says no, you can’t go this way, I won’t let you go, come on, fight this. Akshu and Kairav cry and say did this happen because of us.
