The Episode starts with Akshu getting the receipt and says you bought it on the way. He says actually I forgot. She says I also forget, I m weak. He says not weak, you are the best. She says you are the best, I m not enough. He says we both will help each other, everything is sorted, come. The lady says the next award for the best student goes to Abhir Birla. Everyone claps for him Abhir says thanks for the support, I want to dedicate this award to my dad, he is no more, he has become a star, but he is watching me, he is proud of me. Abhi gives the kerchief to Akshu. Kairav holds Muskaan’s hand. Akshu cries. Abhir says I miss him, I won this award because of mumma and docman, come quickly. Manish and Manjiri ask Akshu and Abhi to go, the moment came because of them. Abhir says I was sad after dad left, I didn’t like to talk or laugh, I didn’t like to go to school or play football, mumma said Papa is with me, I got this award because of mumma and docman. They hug Abhir. Everyone claps. Akshu says I will drive the car, you speed up always. Abhi says its not rash driving. They fight. Abhir jokes. They all laugh. Manjiri says they will fight till morning, come with us. Abhir goes with them. Abhi says I don’t have a habit to listen to wrong things. Akshu says get habitual, Abhi, so sorry, I didn’t call you Abhi deliberately. He says its okay, its my name, we are like friends. She says we are friends and coparents also. He says we shouldn’t fight. She says thanks. Abhir asks them to come home. Akshu gets a call. She asks what’s the details, what, how can they do this. Abhi asks is everything fine. She says yes, come. He looks at her.
Akshu keeps the trophy near Abhinav’s pic and sits talking to him. She cries. Abhi sees his family and says you all had to shift here for Abhir. Anand says we like this change. Mahima says we always support in sorrow, we are a family. Aarohi says the kids study together, its good for them. Parth says we can do this for Abhir. Ruhi says yes, I go there to have good food.
Aarohi talks to Kairav and Akshu on video call. Kairav jokes on Aarohi’s prepared food. Akshu says don’t trouble her. Kairav laughs. Aarohi says its our turn tomorrow. He asks what. Akshu says we have a small wishlist. He checks and says its very long. Aarohi says there are some designer clothes, shoes. Akshu says designer bags, watches, anything else. He says there is no loot day, what happened to you both. Aarohi says you are Goenka family’s heir, you are being miser. Akshu says we will get a 10 rs chocolate next year, where will you get good sisters like us. He says you both do a lot of drama, you will get designer gifts. They say I love you, happy Raksha bandhan. He says I love you too.
Manish says Maa used to send gifts to orphanage on Raksha bandhan with love. Dadi says the kids can make this relation and keep it all life, the relation of siblings. Akshu says we will help you, siblings are best friends. Muskaan says those who don’t have know the sorrow. Manish says one way closes and the other opens. Kairav and Akshu tell their childhood story. Muskaan smiles. Surekha asks what gift are you giving them this time. He says they are looting me. Abhir says mumma, I won’t ask Ruhi to tie me rakhi. Abhi asks why. Ruhi says he is angry with me, I didn’t go to his award function. Abhir asks was her friend’s party more imp. Ruhi says Abhir is imp. Abhi says you both patch up. She asks if he doesn’t agree then… Abhir says no, she didn’t come. Aarohi tells Kairav and her fight story.
Abhi says you have to say sorry to Abhir. Ruhi says okay. Akshu says she is always with you, when you are sad, she comes to cheer up, she always protects and supports you. Abhir says right, it means I should also tie a rakhi to her. Akshu says sure, promise you both will take care of each other. He says I will call Ruhi and also pack a gift for her. Kairav takes him. Ruhi shows her dress. Abhi says its very pretty. Ruhi says we have to convince Abhir. He says we will make a card. She says I have a new idea. Manish and everyone talk. Akshu gets a call. She calls back. He asks what happened. She says I took a dowry case, the inlaws are torturing the girl, they don’t let her talk to anyone, she secretly calls me. Dadi says I m afraid for her and also you. Akshu says no, I can’t stay back, I will not let her courage go waste.
She explains them. Suwarna says we will hire a bodyguard for her. Akshu says no need. Manish says Akshu is a tigress. Akshu says such cases will come, don’t worry. Suwarna prays. Abhi sings a rap and dances. He says Ruhi, I can’t do this. She says you are doing well, listen. Muskaan sees the rakhi and cries. She talks to Abhinav’s pic. Akshu looks on. Muskaan asks who shall I tie the rakhi tomorrow. She cries. Akshu hugs her. Muskaan says ask Abhinav to come back, please. Akshu cries.

Yes, if I find myself in that situation, that is what I will d. I will throw away ego. Think about all we have gone through. Then with love still in my heart I will seek redress. And at the meeting of the two families I will state my grievances. My mother used to kneel down and beg, please let me stay and take care of my children. She had 8 of us. And she made sure every one of us got education and other skill trainings. Today she is alive healthy, reaping the fruit of her labour.

Here is my translation of the Akshara rescue mission with Neil.
For me Akshara is clearly convincing Neil to follow her, he is reluctant and finally submits to her will.
He is emotionally pressurised to engage in an activity against his better judgement in my view. So she bears a responsibility for Neil’s death.

The opening part of the scene, Akshara gets Thanvi’s call asking for help.
Neil tell Akshara to call Thanvi’s again. They had got cut off.
Neil says: ‘I will call police.’ He comes off the phone saying:
‘the police will take half an hour to get there.’
Akshara: ‘We don’t have half an hour. I have to do something. ‘ She calls Abhi but he is busy in surgery and does not pick up.
Thanvi calls with video of girls being herded onto a truck by the goons.
Akshara, panicking: ‘If something happens to those girls I won’t forgive myself.
‘ They called me to help. I can’t sit and do nothing.
‘I have to go and help them.’
Neil: ‘I know you want to help but you are not in good health.’
Akshara: ‘I am fine. The doctor said so.
‘ Those girls are in trouble. The concert venue is near here, about 15 to minutes away.
‘We have to go there to stop those people and by then the police will come.’
Neil doesn’t look convinced about the wisdom of Akshara’s plan so far.
Akshara then says, upping the emotional pressure on Neil:
‘It is about those girls lives (being trafficked into prostitution).
‘ You tell me, if you knew those girls and they called you for help what would you have done.
‘I will do what you suggest.’
Neil, then, coming under pressure says:
‘Bhabi we’re going to be parents then how can we leave other people’s children alone.
‘ Bhabi fasten your seat belt. We will go and save them.’
Akshara tells Vaida Papa to ask his Commissioner friend to send police to the concert venue.
Akshara and Neil reach the abduction scene. The two goons are loading girls into a van.
Akshara: ‘Scoundrels. How can they be so disrespectful to the girls.’
Akshara goes to undo her seat belt to get out of the car.
Neil locks the car doors to prevent her exit.
Neil: ‘Bhabi, I won’t let anything happen to those girls. But I am your Lakshman Rekha (protector) I can’t let you go out there.
Akshara protests.
Neil:’ No Bhabi I brought you here. You can’t go out there, please! ‘
Neil undoes his seat belt. Akshara says be careful.
Neil walks towards the goons saying ‘stop it’.
The goons attack Neil. Akshara blows the car horn to scare them!
Panicking Akshara tries to call Kairav and Parth but none pick up.
She has to come out the car to help a fatally injured Neil, and age then begs to goons for her and her inborn children’s lives just as the police arrive to save her.

But this man has 6 years to pull himself,he did realise his mistake (after asking her to come with him) and even admitted there is no fault of Akshara to Shefali.Again he asks Akshara to say sorry for his mother.🙄This can’t be compared with Abhinav’s.Abhinav was not aware of facts like suprise party in 2 hours,his Bhaiji not drinking,etc. Had he known this information he wouldn’t drink at all.Yes I agree there is something called responsible drinking.But all blame cannot be put on him. Interestingly the sentence you highlight as evidence that Akshara follows Neil, is exactly the same sentence in my mind that attributes guilt to Akshara. She uses reverse psychology to get a reluctant Neil to act according to her wishes.

Neither did she discuss her case with Abhimanyu.I don’t see any evidence of old Abhira.She has kept Abhimanyu firmly in his place as Docman who is helping her child to overcome the tragedy and has friend zoned him but only to the extent of Abhir.Shes allowed him to see her grief but hasn’t really let him in her personal space.For her Abhir comes first

Regards, the drinking session Abhimanyu doesn’t force Abhinav to go with him. Abhinav goes willingly. Only Abhinav can say when he had enough to drink, as he does eventually and Abhimanyu stops pouring him more of it.
But Akshara can be blamed for persuading and unwilling Neil to act against his better judgment.

Neil who knew his sister-in-law is pregnant and a complicated one at that, will she allow her to go and face hard core criminals with arms and weapons. No. He went out and met his Waterloo
Akshara saw the video of the goons. She saw that they were outnumbered, she saw that they were armed.
She herself has complications in her pregnancy. Why going there in all the situations.
There was a time when I was still a student. Armed robbers came to our estate. Two houses to ours. The pharmacist living next to the apartments the robbers came to has a younger brother. This guy heard that the wife of the doctor living in that house crying and shouting. He just went and carry a sizeable stone and proceeded to the place. Before he could even get near the door through the backyard he was fired two shots. It’s that not a stupid death

Neil was not pressurized there.Akshara like dumbo always goes by her emotions.That is why she asked Neil to suggest what to do.Then Neil decided what to do.At the spot,”Akshara goes to undo her seat belt to get out of the car”.If Akshara didn’t undo the seat belt,(knowing Neil’s character)he would still go into the rescue mode,definitely will not sit there and watch girls getting kidnapped even if Akshara is not there.Abhimanyu whose behaviour pattern is extreme like one day he was drowning in alcohol,was about to perform the surgery with alcohol in his body,willing to die (he didn’t even think of ruhi for a second even after arohi reminded him)next day guilt tripping 6 year old.Akshara said some words and like always comes into his impulsive and extreme pattern so much that his own mother was wondering.All this happened in 24 hours.He didn’t let Abhir to take Nav to game zone, didn’t let Kairav to join, drinking exactly 2 hours before the party where children attend. Went to a risky place, deceived Nav that he is also drinking.one day Manyu says Nav choose the spot,where Nav is new to udaipur actually….how the hell am I supposed to believe this person….just because he said???? If you believe Pregnant Akshara’s Emotional nature “pressurized” Neil to take a dangerous decision (which was obvious that Neil himself took a decision),I believe that Abhimanyu’s impulsive and extreme behaviour pattern took Nav’s life away.If Nav had any information either about party,or his Bhaiji not drinking or Kairav joining….Nav would be alive today.

@Rai. Ofc abhimanyu and muskaan both are equal in pain with the loss of their siblings. I will never say abhimanyu’s pain is unreasonable and anger at the very first. But divorcing her and kicking out by giving her more pain and having grudges for 6 yrs is the problem when akshara is consideres as his true love. Um surprised to see him not bothering to find about her for the past years. And how can he believe the news of her remarriage at once? That means he had no trust on Akshara’s love and he had no trust on their love? Those are the questions i put on abhimanyu and which makr me believe he had no love but obsession.
And um not saying akshara has no fault in neils death. What i think on that case is akshara and neil both didn’t act wisely and in tension they took the most stupid actions. And akshara didn’t try to stop neil from going without a proper plan. I think that is only where akshara is fault at. And if we talk on if and but situation by considering characters, neil will take the same steps no matter akshara was with him or not. But for abhinav’s death there are many questions that make abhimanyu responsible. We have not given proper answers that can be acceptable. So still he remains more responsible for nav’s death. And even the fact nav chose the location also told by the suspect only. No proofs. I agree that abhinav willingly went with abhimanyu. But what do you think will abhimanyu go infront of kids in drunken state? Will he drink knowing that kids are arranging a party? My questions start with this and from the answer for this i suspect abhimanyu’s intensions though he might not wanted to kill nav. Rest questions now um bored with writing coz it’s useless no one give reasonable answers and even i couldn’t find answers that will tell abhimanyu had no bad intension.
And um not degrading any of actors or actresses. But isn’t it these HC fans who are degrading actors and actresses directly or indirectly? Coz most of the time their reasonings contain he is the ML and this is his story, he is the king in socail media platforms and blah blah blah but no logical answers.

Regards what Neil would have done if he had been on his own, I suppose the answer is there in his initial reaction to Akshara receiving the news of the kidnapping. I think he would have called the police and at the scene waited until they got there. But Akshara’s emotional urging pushed him to act out of his comfort zone and hence the loss of judgement over the threat two men posed to just him and he didn’t even get to consider there would be more and that they would be armed.
On Abhimanyu’s facial gestures today, yes, a little open to interpetion. I could understand Akshara’s reluctance to go on stage either, arguing she didn’t wanted to detract from Abhir’s moment but he is calling them on stage to join him. It was all very odd!

@Rai looking at it objectively (without who caused it) Neil died a hero s death where he should have got padma Bhushan for saving those girls from prostitution(kidnapped girls are seldom found in time,Niel stopped the goons from absconding with the girls) …but Abhinav despite his good values died a drunk s death.This is something I can’t forgive the writers.They did not do justice both the characters.
@Rr, there are probably limitation on using the ‘Padma Bhushan’ in fictional accounts. Just like a police uniform can’t be represented in its true form. However, in the story the police did declare Neil and Akshara heroes.

You are right, his death should not be forgotten and used only whenever these people have fights.I even thought Aarohi and Ruhi should meet those girls, feeling proud how this man risked his life.(Though there are safe ways like following the vehicle with sharing the live or going live while sitting in car,etc) It is too much to expect from this writers.
