The Episode starts with Naksh asking his parents how did they come suddenly. Naira says they are hiding something. Naksh says he will surprise everyone by taking them home. Akshara and Naitik worry. Nandini and family joins the party and Nandini says Mhot is busy and could not come. Rukmani asks Bhabhimaa about Akshara and Naitik, why did they not come if Naksh came. Bhabhimaa asks Yash does he like the arrangements and decorations. Yash says superb, he did not see her so happy before.
Rukmani says she is stunned as Naksh after so much time. The Maheshwaris come and greet them. Everyone smile seeing them. Naksh says I m so excited and says how everyone got happy seeing him, now they will be more happy seeing them. He gets a message that everyone is waiting, even Rajshri and everyone
Naksh says he is not kid to believe him, he knows they want to plan and come there, but he is hero of the party and will take him. Bhabhimaa greets Maheshwaris. Nandini hugs Rajshri and cries. Nannu talks to Bhabhimaa and hugs her. Rajshri says like Bhabhimaa accepted kids, we wish she accepts everyone. Kaki says maybe Naksh will unite everyone. Rajshri walks to Bhabhimaa. Bhabhimaa asks Devyaani to call Naksh and asks Karishma to take care of guests. She leaves. Bau ji thanks Rajshri and asks her not to feel bad of Bhabhimaa.
Vishwamber says she is like my elder sister and we understand, its big nothing that she called us here, we don’t have any complaint and hugs him. Ananya and Yash think what happened which we don’t know. Yash says Naksh’s mood will spoil if he sees this. Ananya asks him to do something. Devyaani calls Naksh and he is busy talking to Naira. Akshara asks Naitik what to do now. He says I don’t know.
Rajshri says I wish Naksh gets Akshara and Naitik here. Devyaani says he does not know they are here, I wish they were here to make his birthday memorable. Naitik asks Naksh to go as he has work. Naksh says he will wait. Naitik asks him to go, everyone will be waiting. Akshara says we will come, everyone wants to make him feel special. Naksh leaves. Naira cries and asks whats the matter, what should she understand, but she wants to be with Naksh and family and celebrate his birthday.
She asks them to let her go and meet everyone. Akshara says sorry and Naitik hugs her. Akshara feels bad. Bhabhima says call Naksh, all guests have come. Naksh sees Akshara and Naitik coming out with Naira, and says its his birthday and he will take them home. Rukmani reminds Bhabhimaa about Akshara and Bhabhimaa signs her to stop it, and scolds her.
Yash sends voice message to Naksh. Naksh says everyone is waiting, come with me. Akshara says we can’t come. He asks the reason and he will not go without them. She says I m refusing, we won’t come,you should listen to us. The party starts and guest ask Bhabhimaa about Naksh. Naksh comes home and smiles. They all see him. Bhabhimaa asks him to come, he made them wait a lot. Naksh says sorry I could not control my emotions, but he has surprise for them, and bring Akshara, Naitik and Naira. Everyone is shocked and glad. He asks how did they like his surprise. Akshara gets tensed seeing Bhabhimaa. Naira runs to Bhabhimaa and hugs her. She greets and says she is Naira, she waited a lot to meet them. Bhabhimaa cries and hugs her. Naira hugs everyone. Bhabhimaa looks at Akshara and Naitik at the door.
