The episode begins with Abhira gently urging Kajal to withdraw the complaint. After a long, tense pause, Kajal finally agrees. Abhira thanks her, acknowledging how difficult this choice must have been, and hopes that things will slowly settle again. But Kajal cuts her off, saying nothing will fall back into place — not because it can’t, but because she no longer wants it to. She says the Poddars only know how to humiliate her, and this time she won’t stay quiet.

Abhira insists that Kajal is speaking out of hurt, but Kajal says she isn’t hurt — she is awakened. She declares that in the Poddar house, her side of the family has always come last. Kaveri has never supported her, and now she wants a legal partition of the property. Armaan asks her not to overreact, but Kajal

stands firm, saying Vidya attacked her dignity, and she will not let it go this time. Sanjay backs her, reminding everyone that the law gives daughters equal rights and that he helped rebuild the firm when Madhav and Manoj failed to manage it.

Abhira and Armaan try to convince Kajal to reconsider, but Kajal refuses, saying her self-respect is worth more than any relationship. This fuels Kaveri’s anger. As they step aside, broken and overwhelmed, Myra quietly approaches Kaveri and innocently asks why the family wants to separate. The question softens Kaveri for a moment, leaving her emotional and speechless.
