The Episode starts with doctor saying everything is fine. Akshu asks doctor to tell Abhi also. She calls Abhi. He comes and worriedly asks about Akshu. Doctor says everything is fine, her bp fluctuated because of knee injury. Manjiri asks Aarohi to get checkup done. Aarohi says no need. Manjiri insists. Aarohi runs to puke. Manjiri asks are you fine. Aarohi says I m having nausea, I m fine. Neil comes and panics for Aarohi. Doctor says I have to go now. Neil says I will get her checkup done by her friend. Akshu thinks is Aarohi unwell or trying to get saved from checkup. Abhi takes care of Akshu. She tells her dreams and jokes. He makes her dreams turn true. Shamma ko jaise…plays… She thanks him. He says you will soon see snow. Abhi and Akshu spend good time. Preeti says I find this idea the best. Neil comes and asks about Aarohi. Preeti says this happens, nothing to worry. She asks Aarohi to call her. She leaves. Neil says I thought baby will be a part of our life, but baby has become very imp, I dream of the baby all the time. Aarohi worries. Akshu comes to Abhi.

He says we have to think practically, we are blessed, we will never lack money, but we have to be careful. She says yes, you are right, I should care and make future plans. He says yes, our babies will get good returns in 6 years. She says I m lucky to get you. They hug and mutually admire each other.

Akshu is on call. Manjiri worries for her. She says we went on picnic and all that happened. Akshu says don’t worry, I won’t be careless, Abhi is in hospital, I will talk to him when he comes. She says mango pickle, its my fav. Manjiri says have it later. Aarohi comes downstairs. Akshu asks her to walk slowly. She asks her to take care. Aarohi says I m going for checkup today. Akshu says Neil said Preeti had come. Aarohi lies and goes.

Manjiri gets happy and says we will go, Neil said Aarohi is going to meet Suwarna. Akshu gets thinking. The servant gives the IVF centre pamphlet. Akshu asks from where did you get this. Abhi and Neil have a talk. Neil says I want to give dad’s love to the baby, my life is getting a restart. I feel like I m living because of the baby. Abhi says don’t say that. They hug. Neil says I really can’t wait. Abhi says keep patience, it will take its time. Manjiri says I have some work in the market, I will just come. Akshu sees Aarohi there. She sees the IVF centre and says why is Aarohi going there. Akshu says I hope there is no problem in her pregnancy. Abhi says you will be the best dad, I won’t differentiate between my and your children. Neil hugs him and says I love you, I will teach them how to hang on you. Neil jumps on him. They laugh. Aarohi says I can’t cheat Neil, I can’t do IVF, I already feel guilty of my lie that I m pregnant. Akshu says poor Neil.
