The Episode starts with Naitik asking Akshara to take rest. They start arguing. He says you have fever, I will go to Naksh, you won’t come out. He leaves. She gets up and he comes back. She lies down and says now I won’t get up, sorry. He leaves. The elders see the pics of Ananya’s birthday party. Varsha looks at Jasmeet. Ananya says sorry, I should have called you there. Rajshri says its fine. Ananya says Naksh and Yash entertained everyone. She feels sad as she did not invite them. Dadi says its good you realized that they are important in your life. She says its fun to be with everyone. Ananya says yes, I enjoy more with family. Varsha tells Jasmeet to think and do from next time, as things could not gone wrong.
Naksh says he won’t drink milk. Naitik comes and insists.
Ananya shows her gifts. Jasmeet says we have to prepare for Karwachauth. Rajshri says but we do Teej. Jasmeet says she will keep fast. Varsha says Akshara also keeps it. Kaki says they don’t keep it. Jasmeet leaves. Akshara sees time and says I did not know so much time passed. Naitik says statue and stops her. She says she has work. He says don’t you understand, you are not well. She says she is fine. She says statue and they argue. He makes her take rest again.

Akshara says yes, thanks. She hugs Devyaani. Bhabhimaa asks her to get well first.
Devyaani brings another one for Karishma. She says I heard all Punjabi girls keep the fast, and smile. Everyone discuss that Jasmeet wants everything perfect. Rajshri asks Kaki to let her do what she wants. Ananya comes and spoils the net. Jasmeet gets annoyed. Ananya says sorry and leaves. Akshara calls Karishma and tells about Karwachauth fast, is she fasting. Karishma says she did not think. Akshara says think and call Devyaani. Akshara sees Devyaani making the shagun for Karishma.
Naitik calls Akshara and she says its 23rd call from morning. He asks how is she. She says she is fine. Karishma meets Naman and says she won’t keep the real fast, I will keep a fake one, both can be happy. Naman says as your wish, but no one should be hurt. She says you don’t worry. She says she is fine. He says you can’t keep fast f you are unwell. She leaves. Jasmeet says she made the Shagun sargi for everyone, and she did it perfectly. Akshara says she is fine and its easy to keep fast. She feels weak and holds her head. Naitik looks at her and is worried.
