The Episode starts with Swarna calling Abhira. She tells her that Daksh isn’t eating, so she reached out for help. Abhira shows her that Ruhi and Armaan are doing yoga together. Daksh mistakes Armaan for Rohit. Swarna points it out and asks Abhira to pay attention to it, but Abhira doesn’t take it seriously. Swarna warns her, though Abhira chooses not to follow her advice. The trainer asks the couples to stand up. Ruhi asks Armaan for his hands. She gets emotional and walks away. Abhira tries to comfort her. Armaan tells Abhira to take care of herself and decides to speak to Ruhi.
Kiara tries to make Abhir jealous by talking to her friend Samrat. Abhir wonders if Kiara knows about his relationship with Charu. Kiara thinks Abhir will become possessive. Abhir’s calm behavior confuses Kiara, while Abhir believes that Kiara is too focused on her friends to notice anything about his affair. Ruhi misses Rohit, and Armaan tries to comfort her. They talk about Rohit. Kiara gets ready to meet Samrat, expecting a reaction from Abhir, but she feels sad when he ignores her.
Armaan and Ruhi look for Abhira and ask the staff about their table. They find out that Abhira only booked two seats. Abhira assumes Ruhi would prefer eating in her room. Ruhi decides to leave, but Armaan and Abhira convince her to stay. Later, Ruhi ends up sleeping in their room because she misses Rohit. Abhira decides to sleep next to her.
Krish pleads with Sanjay to help him after he is falsely arrested in a drug case. Sanjay agrees to support him.
The next morning, Abhira offers Ruhi a glass of healthy water. Ruhi secretly throws it in the dustbin. Abhira sees her doing it. Ruhi snaps at Abhira and tells her not to lecture her, saying this isn’t her first pregnancy. Abhira feels hurt. Armaan stays by Ruhi’s side. Abhira tells herself that Ruhi is under pressure and she shouldn’t take it personally.
Ruhi feels sick and vomits. Armaan looks after her. Abhira watches them. Later, Abhira tries to comfort Ruhi again, but Ruhi tells her to stop following her everywhere. Armaan asks Abhira to understand Ruhi’s stress and the discomfort she is facing. He suggests that Abhira should focus on her online meeting and give Ruhi some space. Ruhi is unknowingly served regular coffee instead of decaf by the waiters. After drinking it, she faints. Armaan and Abhira get scared and rush her to the hospital.

Abhira decides to make a sacrifice for Ruhi’s sake, thinking about her pregnancy. Ruhi, feeling emotional, tells Armaan that Abhira has everything.
