The Episode starts with Armaan growing restless, wondering why the doctor is taking so long to diagnose Abhira’s condition. Kaveri advises him to stay patient. The doctor tells the Poddars that Abhira is still in trauma and, mentally, trapped as if she’s still in jail. Armaan asks what they can do to help her. The doctor explains that Abhira needs love, attention, and above all, patience. Vidya decides to cook something for Abhira, while Armaan promises to support Myra during this tough time.
Myra feels worried about Abhira and asks Armaan if the doctor has prescribed any medicines. Armaan calmly explains that no medicines can fix this immediately and urges Myra to understand Abhira’s delicate state. Meanwhile, Vidya enlists Manisha’s help to prepare food for Abhira.
Tanya stubbornly claims that Abhira shattered Anshuman’s heart, pushing him to the café where he died. Kaveri supports Abhira, but Tanya argues that Abhira has no connection to the Poddar family and shouldn’t be living with them. Armaan tries to silence Tanya, but she tells him to focus on Geetanjali instead. Frustrated beyond control, Armaan orders Krish to take Tanya out of the city before he loses his temper.
When Armaan tries to feed Abhira, she tells him to leave before the jailer arrives. He informs her that the jailer mentioned she hasn’t eaten anything in days. Upon hearing the jailer’s name, Abhira becomes agitated and refuses to eat.
Later, Geetanjali urges Armaan to eat, but he refuses. She insists and forces him to have food. Armaan then comes up with a plan to help Abhira eat by preparing food that resembles what she had in jail. Vidya and Manisha question his strange behavior, and he explains the doctor’s advice—that Abhira is still mentally stuck in jail—so replicating jail-like food might help her.
Together, Myra and Armaan gently coax Abhira into eating. After some effort, Abhira finally takes a few bites. Myra then asks Armaan to eat as well. Geetanjali feels uneasy seeing the bond between Armaan, Abhira, and Myra. The Poddars continue to worry deeply about Abhira’s condition. Sanjay suggests Kaveri talk to Abhira, but she refuses to confront her. Geetanjali informs everyone that both Armaan and Abhira have eaten.
Kiara tries to bring the family together for a meal, but Manisha angrily accuses her of pretending to care while secretly taking drugs. Manisha decides to throw Kiara out of the Poddar house, shocking her. Abhira suffers flashbacks of jail and ends up sleeping on the floor.
