The Episode starts with Naira saying Kartik would have told me, I would have understood, why did he do this. She says why didn’t he let me touch my baby and cry, how did he decide everything alone. She cries and says I will not face you. Dadi calls Kartik. A man answers and is present at accident site. The people try to save the man. She asks where is Kartik. The man says he was run over by a truck. Dadi gets shocked. Dadi shouts Manish… She turns and sees Kartik. She asks are you fine, I called you, where is your phone. He says don’t know, I m fine, how is Naira, Naksh and Kirti took the baby, what is she going through. Manish pushes him. Kartik says let me meet Naira. Manish scolds him. Kartik says I was alone at that time, just I know the need of that situation, Dadi let
Kartik begs them. They ask him to just leave. Kartik shouts Naira. She sits under shower and cries. He says she may hate me and get angry on me, but she will come to me hearing my voice. Manish says don’t trouble her if you had loved her, doctor said any mental shock can be threatening her. Kartik checks the reports and cries. Akhilesh says we can’t believe that you have done this with me, stay away from her, until she gets fine. Manish says just go, we are here for Kirti and Naira. Akhilesh says go to office guest house or hotels, but let there be peace in this house. Kartik looks upstairs. Kirti asks did we do a mistake by making Krish away from Naira, see he is crying so much. Naksh says baby will get used to you. She says he is missing Naira. He says don’t think so, keep some patience. Bhabhimaa blesses them. Naksh says bless baby that no one breaks his heart like Kartik has broken Kirti and Naira’s heart, we got happiness, but not completely. Kirti says I recall Naira’s sad face, she would be missing baby.
Devyaani says we should respect Naira’s decision. Bhabhimaa says Krish is your son, so accept this fact with total happiness. Naksh and Kirti go. Devyaani says they got justice, but our Naira lost her everything, she needs our blessings. Bhabhimaa says even Kartik needs our blessings, he has undergone a lot, I was standing alone at this point, I took a very wrong decision that time, I don’t want that mistake to be repeated. Kartik comes to see Naira. He climbs the balcony and sees her from the window. Aahatein….plays…. his hand bleeds. He holds the mirror. Lav and Kush come and say you said we are your babies. Naira hugs them. Kartik looks on and cries. Naira sees the blood stain on mirror and touches it. She opens the window. Kartik goes. Dadi says you asked Kartik to leave the house, Kartik has lost his baby twice, think of his sorrow.
Manish says that’s why I m quiet. Akhilesh says we can understand his pain, if he loses something, will he snatching someone’s thing. Manish says how can we cheat his family. Dadi says you all are doing a big mistake. Manish says let me handle this, don’t defend Kartik. Kartik stands outside the house and looks on. Naira sees the baby books. She calls Kartik. She asks Lav and Kush where is Kartik. They say don’t know, Manish scolded him, maybe he left. A man comes and says here is your phone, Dadi had sent me to get it. Kartik takes his phone. He gets Naira’s call. He answers. She says I need to talk to you, right now, garden bench. He says I feel very scared, give me a chance to talk, I m sure you will understand me.

Naira goes to meet Kartik. A van driver faints and falls on steering. The van speeds towards them.
